Me and my buddies play on lingor island, we have a base setup...somewhere....and there is a little tunnel that WE always go through (the person who dosnt always seems to be the one to die) even tho it ALWAYS takes us out of our way to run through it

No its a leak from the main part of the game. If one of the "Doctor" zombies are near the medical tents you can use the feature. Its in the main game, I use it all the time when im a lone wolf and need a blood bag, ill agro a doctor zombie and lead him to medical tents and then use the button to heal myself

Sir i can understand your anger. I my last L-85 i will ever carry in my backpack. It is one of my favorite tools to scouting ahead, ensuring that my path is clear to moving from town to town. And the thing about the l85, well it has a advantage that no other gun compares to. The m4 silenced...It is quiet but that does not give you a extreme advantage. The scope on the DMR (Military grade- m14) was designed to allow a operator with NVG's to be able to see through the scope while still wearing their nvg's Once again its not a huge advantage tho. The thermal on my pretty l85...well it basically tells me where people are with no effort. The advantage is to great for a weapon in my opinion. But to each their own.

Well let me start off by saying to the community modders. Thank you for this patch it is great, I am glad to see some new vehicles int he game for me to hunt down. My Opinion on the L85, I enjoyed having the gun but do realize that this gun is a little overpowered so I can see as to why it was removed. The streetlight argument, Well as much as I love realism in games....I cannot stand playing at night on DAYZ. It's not because its hard to see, flares and flashlights solve that problem. Its the fact that if I use a flare/Flashlight (loose pistol when doing this)/Chemlight you have everyone within a mile staring at your location KNOWING where you are. Street lights in the major cities would allow us to move about without alerting the entire server that you are checking out the convenience store. This is why i don't play on night servers, I SO enjoy the aspect of playing at night.....but alas the risk is crazy high, not entirely worth it in my opinion. So rocket i beseech you this once let a realism issue slide and allow the players some ways of entering the night time realm of DAYZ without getting our heads sniped of with DMR weilding NVG hoarding electro sniper hill camping tools. (I used to be one of those tools till i realised how much more fun holding someone up is....:D making them beg for mercy) Big fan, Scopeshot

Was part of the Ghillie bandits. After getting into a fight with a member of the group the clan was disbanded. My character right now is a fresh spawn. I died in the fight. I am looking for a bandit or survivor group. Dosnt really matter, currently DO have a bandit skin but wont be too hard to get rid of. Gave blood bags out in my group a lot to try to keep my humanity somewhat decent. I would like to run with a group that has Teamspeak or ventrillo (I have a teamspeak myself if you would like to use it) NOT skype. MK 48 mod 0 simple. Ammo is common. with the fore grip and bipod if ur prone, that thing is deadly accurate. high rate of fire, high damage, and massive clips or drums i guess. You hear dmr fire? woopty doo. All i think is ooooh sniper yay. Hear a mk 48. i hit the freakin deck. someone sprays those 100 rounds only 2 of em need to hit and you're done. 8k blood damage

The reason stand alone will change the hacking situation. The devlopers moved to a last restort position, they had nothing left to do but this option. The way this game opererates is that the client (your computer) handled most of the information and sent it to the server. Well now its the other way around. The client cant do shit now except play the game basically. YOu cant execute scipts or anything. Everything will be handled server sided. And the thing about hacking when the game is like this is you would have to invade the server, which is a very difficult thing. And also illegal, getting caught doing this would mean jail time for anyone stupid enough to attempt it.

Actually I've found out the problem. I have a private hive, and had found a vehicle that i was searching crazily for, (on my server I've modified the server to bring in some other vehicles) Well I found what i wanted took it back to my base and saved it. later diconnected and came back (before my server reset) andit was gone ( I was gone for 2-3 minutes) went looking for it.....it was in the same place as before. (I did save it at my camp, and no the server did not reset). After searching around....ending up on no no sites. I ran into a script that allows hackers to "add in" a vehicle spawn. Basically every time the server resets they drop the code in and bam that car is there. But if you ever save it its gone. I put that into my list of scripts to be caught and 2 seconds later a guy was auto kicked and banned from the server and the vehicle was gone. This may be your problem friend. The only "Hive" That is on the custom maps is the Vilayer/ Dayz planet servers. If they do not have vilayer or dayz in their name. Dont bother. Its a private hive that you cannot transfer you're gear on

THe REASON why people went to vilayer is because they are the only Lingor/Takistan/so on and so forth servers that have a INTERCONNECTED hive. On these servers we have FULL control without having to bow down before the dayz gods who fucking blacklist a server for banning a douchebag in the server. I pay 50-70 a month for a fucking server and I cant kick a asshole out when i want? Vilayer is the next best option. My server is NEVER empty.

-Spring, day and month unknown, 2012 I write this journal to record the days of myself and a group of fellow survivors as we try to survive the hell on earth that the world has become. As the sun sets I advance upon the town, head swiveling left to right. I look around town, not seeing a 'living' soul in sight. I need food, I need water, I need protection. Server- us 89 (30 ppl on the server I had snatched up a as50 and a satchel and ghillie with my buddy. So I was in a pretty good mood. Ready to loose it in we begin to move in on cherno. My friend had a m4 Cco sd moving infront of me clearing the bath to a tree line. Hearing shots fired all over the place we were excited. After getting us to the tree line I see a player of the bat and drop him. The play calls out our location on side chat long after we displace to another spot, dropping three more before moving again. Coming up on our third position is where it gets interesting. My friend gets dropped right infront of me, I hit the ground scanning. Three different shooters all with lmg's so I take the one satchel I have and move closer to my friends body and place the charge and hide behind a tree less than 5m away. The three move in and I call out in direct chat, stop right there, they all go prone. I say I placed a satchel and if you get near his body I'll blow us all. If I'm going down I'm taking you all with me. They called me a liar and moved in for me. Bad move, I scrolled my mouse over touch off (bombs (1)). They still didn't see me. They stood over my friend, and said, see told you he was bullshitting us, just ano...... We all died. I smiled. When I blew us up it sent all of our bodies flying none of us knowing where they went. Thy told me good job on their death screens. After calling me a hacker of course, I mean satchels are rare as shit, but they came around eventually. Actually Man i did, Ill try and upload it. I've been at work and sick since this happened so I have not had time to upload it. Was pretty crazy. Sorry for the crappy grammar on the OP, I wrote this with my Iphone while i was at work. I just thought I should share. It was halarious, the guys where screaming. I came back and took a look at the scene and the aftermath was crazy. 5-6 people fighting over the 1-2 bodies that where there. Tree's knocked down from the satchel. a body floating 100ft off the ground (Presumably my friends, seeing as how the satchel was right ontop of him) I will have to start writing up more of these soon.
