    What Should I Do?

    A couple days ago in Elektro, I was near one of the fire stations, and in the fire station I found an M4 CCO. The second after I picked it up, I heard steps coming up the ladder, this being probably my 100th life, I don't trust anyone anymore, so I killed him. I found an AS50 Thermal in his backpack, so anyways, the question is, is it a legit rare spawn? Or is it hacked? Also, if it is hacked, can I keep it, or will I face the ban hammer?
