I am not wrong nubcake, this thread is about the AS 50 TWS nobody said anything bout the M107 TWS cos they are deleted from database long ago. Here is the official dayzwiki comment on the bottom of this page: http://www.dayzwiki.com/wiki/AS50 There exist some lingering TWS (Thermal Weapons Sight) versions of this rifle in DayZ. They were previously removed from spawns in the 1.5.x update but sometimes do re-appear, most likely from a veteran losing it or a hacker spawning it into the game. I do know hackers choose this weapon because it previously existed in the game and SA's thus can't prove for sjit that these weapons are actually hacked in or not. If one would carry a GDC36 SD whatever or M107 TWS THEN and ONLY THEN can you be sure it is a hacked weapon. But like Rocket said in a previous post "a person CARRYING a hacked weapon CAN'T be banned for any reason and it is ok to carry and use it."

Another retard thinking AS50 TWS is a hacked weapon. Before you go ranting about a weapon that's according to nubs illegal do some research. The AS 50 TWS was in the game earlier but removed in patch 1.5... something. You can still find one on a veteran player that you killed or someone who i.e. hasen't played since 1.5... and now decides to play again. I have 2 friends who played back then but stopped since and they both have an AS50 TWS in there backpack. So you would ban these guys because now they would play again.... seriously. They may be more frequent now because of the trading/duping but people dupe anything and can't even hide there camps properly so when I find a AS 50 TWS I will grab one. Don't believe me if you don't want to but even dayzwiki says what I'm saying if you go to weapons and then AS 50. Thank god I am my own server admin and don't have to play on your retarded servers.

they finally added a downgrade for 1.7.2.4 After four days e-mailing back and forth I finally was able to get on my new server without problems. I asked compensation for the four lost days, let's see what they answer.

Ok so you probably read my posts above. Basically they delivered a server where me and my friends can't join because we keep getting stuck on loading, when we then join our Vilayer server with 1.7.2.4 we spawn at coast each time we tried this ZAP server. They refuse to downgrade to 1.7.2.4 and say you have to find server files yourself and use FTP (tried it but doesn't work). Asked refund twice and this is there second response. We won't refund any money. You don't have a refund law, because it is not a physical product. If you don't agree with our paragraph, please call a lawyer. Same thing on our server, we parked it on the docks at cherno, server restarted, helicopter gone. We found out when walking at the end of that part of the docks the docks 'glitch' and disappear under your feet. It's not that you fall down but it's like you are 10 meters above ground. We figured helicopter sank thru the docks and it would come back after a week but nothing. Also checked all new and old spawn points and the save points and the spot at the docks. No heli flying either.

My initial refund request was DENIED they said (after 2 days) I passed the term for refund and I should read the german law... Well actually I did some reading, not the german law because im not german so I don't answer to the german law when I'm not in germany. EDIT: Tried hosting a DayZ server with these guys. Now 2 days later still no working DayZ server. It has been up once and a while but noone can join and stays stuck at loading myself including. The webinterface for my first server stopped working after 2 hours (Result Timeout). Then they reinstalled my gameserver (that took 9 hours to do). Upon my request to install 1.7.2.4 they said they were not allowed to do so and I should do it myself thru FTP... I have FTP experience since i'm a webdesigner but after trying to install 1.7.2.4 the FTP went down due to a database JSON error on their part (basically faulty coding). In short I've now asked a refund and waiting on an answer.

ordered a 40-slot server here payed at 11pm (UTC+2) contacted live-support (they actually have one unlike Vilayer and Host-Altitude who pretend to have one) they said it should be up tomorrow during the day. that's acceptable to me when you order at 11 pm (germany in same timezone as me) Just hope it's thru. You start with a Humanity of 2500. Killing a Survivor will lower your humanity by the amount of humanity they have. If your humanity drops below 0, you will turn into a Bandit. You can regain humanity by giving another player a blood transfusion using Blood Bags, or bandaging them with a Bandage. you will gain 20 humanity for using a Bandage on another player. you will gain 250 Humanity for using a Blood Bag to give another player a blood transfusion. you will gain 50 humanity for using Morphine on another player. you will gain 20 humanity for using Painkillers on another player. Also, humanity rises at the rate of approximately 150 for every 5 minutes spent in game up to a maximum of 2500. A bandit will receive survivor status at 2000 humanity. Same day?? I think not. I contacted pre-sales and they said 12hrs then I place an order (order no: 4002477991) and payed it immediatly thru paypal with my creditcard. Since then (apart from automated e-mails confirming payment and order) I haven't received any message. The 'my services' section says pending and sofar I've been waiting 22 hrs. I also tweeted you guys 13 hrs ago with an ETA question (still waiting on answer) I also made a ticket (ticket no: 477091) 19 hrs ago (also still waiting on a response) Meanwhile my month already started (seems bit unfair that you pay for nothing). I hope I get an answer out of this post since other potential customers might read this.
