Hey guys, I haven't been on so much recently, got some stuff going on IRL and I can't really find the 5 hours or so that I like to devote to DayZ, but I'll be getting on more later this week and into the weekend.

I am honored to be awarded the Star of the Golden Dew and I think this is a great thing to do to reward the community for not being evil. Cheers!

Props to Trig for inspiring this idea, but here's a little game you can play if you wish in DayZ: Chenarus Jogging Association Marathon! About Us: Why let a silly little thing like a zombie apocalypse get in the way of aerobic exercise! Join the Chenarus Jogging Association for our annual run down the coast! If you spawn in Kamenka, immediately drop all your stuff so that you have nothing. Then start running east, running directly on roads, all the way past Berezino as far north as you can get. If you make it to the north edge, following the coast, congrats, you win! I just think it'd be hilarious to see like 100 zeds after some poor jogger.

Careful out there man, this is probably the riskiest rescue I've ever heard about.

Hey, I've been eyeing this thread for awhile, and am just now getting around to introducing myself. My name is Dr. Wasteland, M.D. and I work as a medic to any player, bandit or survivor that asks for my help in the wastes. Check out my thread in the Survivor HQ for more info. And don't listen to most people, there are players you can trust, just like there are players you can't.

Get those antibiotics out to those sick people! I would take them off of your hands, but we'd need to arrange a drop. A steady source of medical supplies available for trade is worth far more to me than a few supplies from one murder and never having the option open again. A beaner or random survivor is different, they're going to kill me on sight, if not for my skin then for my equipment but a doctor is different. Since they're sworn to treat everyone equally, it removes those two factors, making trading a genuine option and not just wishful thinking. Repeating the question since I didn't get an answer, what do you want for Anti-biotics? I've yet to see any drop so I'd be willing to trade almost anything for some. You can pretty much name your price and if I don't have it, I can find it.. within reason of course. I work for free, and yes, I have been known to work with a bandit or two in the past. I will say that I'm a lot more cautious when dealing with bandits, and I might have you aim at the ground until we're done, but that's the extent. As for antibiotics, we have way too few to sell any at this point. We actually are much more interested in obtaining them. However, say you're on 1 TempVal and it's too dangerous for you to light a fire or whatever, I can give them to you.

Haha, so not so funny story, after I healed you up, I got in a spat with a nasty zombie. He crippled me and then the server crashed and I realized I hadn't yet picked up my guns from when we met and I had no morphine. I've got new guns now, but at the time I was up a creek.

You guys are better off friending me on steam to get help. I can't check the forums when I'm in game, I don't want to be AFK for long. Hope I can help next time.

Thinking about it a little more I think it boils down to, I want a system that is simple and yet complex enough to allow two doctors to reach a different diagnosis based on the same symptoms of a patient. Basically a three stage process to dealing with injury, diagnosis/treatment/prevention. Also, sterilization has nothing to do with the current medical system, and that makes no sense.

Hey guys, tonight I'll make a list of people that I trust and that are willing to give you medical assistance when you need it. I just wanna be clear that this is NOT a clan, just a list of trustworthy medical experts who are going to stay stocked and available. I'll explain more but I wanted to give you a heads up.

I just had the saddest moment. My friend Raiko was shot in Pusta, and I was in Prig, so we go to meet on the dirt path between the two towns, and I manage to get to him right as he's bleeding out. I realize I have no bandages, so I start a transfusion, hoping to get him healthy enough to make it to a structure. He's counting his blood for me on mumble, and just as the transfusion finishes, he dies. It was so close that he actually was still standing. Can't save them all, but why did my friend have to die in my arms?
