    You go on a lot about new players getting killed moments after they spawn by other players. I have never had this experience. If you're that desperate for a bandage or a painkiller, chances are, you don't have a gun to kill a newly spawned. I agree on your other points. As Prez said, they ARE veterans, and they ARE going to be better than the average newcomer, even if that better-enabler came from an outside resource. I'd like to say that most DayZ players use outside resources such as dayzmap.info or the dayzwiki. Its part of the game.

    Best known fixes: Turn VSync on/off Hold down shift, press - on the num pad, release, and type "flush" (this can potentially make it worse; just do it again if this happens) Change HDR settings Change video memory (setting it to Default works often) Change 3D resolution Restart computer Restart Arma II

    I have had no troubles with clothing as long as you drop your pack before doing it. Only other problem I had was ghillies disappearing when joining different servers.

    I think that the hacked weapons add a proper twist to the game. Limited amounts of them are out there, and its very interesting to fight and take them.

    I, too, hate the towel hat. I think that a good bandit outfit would be black face bandana or some kind of arm wrapping. Just because you kill people, or had to defend yourself, you shouldn't look like a fucking muslim radical.

    I've used that map and found that it is wrong in many spots. There are lots of heli crash sites north of Cherno, south of Berezino, and south of Zelenogorsk, yet that map doesn't show any.

    If I could put a satchel charge anywhere, it'd be in one of the barracks'. It might also be pretty useful in the center of the Stary military camp.

    Hackers at Dallas 842

    There are hackers north of Elektro at server Dallas 842. I believe there are three. I saw four ATVs on the road. One was messing around with a grenade launcher, and then another using some sort of scoped weapon. The last was driving around the spawned ATVs with an ATV. I was killed three times by them.
