Hello forums, I've recently come across an issue with launching the game. I'm not that tech savvy and I hope this can get resolved. I recently had some problems with my laptop, where I got BSOD with a memory dump. I got it cleared up, or so it seemed at the time, but now when I try to launch DayZ using DayZ commander, it will bring me to the lobby, which appears to be empty at the time, and then crash. It says that Arma2 stopped responding and I'm forced to close it out. Upon looking through the forums I found that you can look at your event viewer and find the issue there. Here's what I got... Where's the hacking bandit? Did he have a ghillie? Lol jk jk. It delivers a great feel for the setting of DayZ.

I second this idea. This seems like a great concept to bring zombies back into the mix of dangers, and it might even get rid of some campers if they wander towards hot spots.

Hello. I've never been good at joining groups but I like your cause. If you need a medic/supply runner, feel free to drop me a line. I specialize in stealth approach and collection goods. Due to lack of a better computer I can no longer do recon/snipe because I need to have my settings down to the lowest, but when it comes to it, I can pick off a bandit or two from a decent distance. Basically if you need some supplies or a body to run into the field to secure something, I'm a freelancer who will do it.

I can run supplies out of Cherno for you. If they're bandits I can take care of them. I look like one of 'em but I'm not, and I'd like to stop looking like one, so I'd mostly just be gathering supplies so I don't have to shoot a survivor.

I'm really really late on these posts but eh, still worth a shot to help out the fellow brony community. If you need a medic feel free to drop me a line. I try to check daily and I'm more than happy to help out, even if I'm unable to join the group. I'm more of a freelance medic.

From going from bandit to medic, no bloodshed is better and more fun. I even let the poor guys keep thier weapon when I had an overwatch, but I'd take the ammo or leave them a hatchet. I'd love to be robbed by someone like you rather than just shot on the job. It's been a while since I've been looting bloodbags and hear someone suddenly telling me to drop everything, blood bag them and leave. XD Ah the good ol' days.

I remember the earlier DayZ when it was about the story. You started with nothing and ended with everything. Then either you fall to the zombies, or someone would come up and rob you, kidnap you, or yes...snipe you. But it wasn't every 5 feet from spawn. Where's the fun in sniping what can't snipe back? That's what the zombies are there for. I miss the old bandits where you'd be trying to loot the store and you'd hear them telling you to drop everything. You either did, or you got shot in the left and robbed, then capped in the head or left for the zombies. Either being the survivor or robbing them, it's more fun that sitting on a hill, jerkin' the junk while pegging new-spawns on a beach.

Go get 'em. If you need a tools to keep yourself alive let me know. One thing I hate more than bandits are fake people who fake being cool and nice.

Hey. I'm -Medic- Methodus. If you need things, let me know. Travel with mostly nothing but meds. If you -really- want my gun or ghillie that bad, ask for it. More than likely it's yours without needing to shoot. ;)

Yes, with DayZ Commander, you just add their name to the friends list and bam.
