Ok so I dont want to get everyones hopes up but our server is fixed after having the dreaded: "The server is running an incorrect version of the server side application" I hope this works for everyone, but even if it works for some then that is a bonus For starters make sure you have done everything the Welcome Email states The Fix: Change the Compatibility of the aram2oaserver.exe to run as administrator Run your server as normal through your Bat File This worked for us, there were a few things we went through to eliminate possible problems, I will post these if you need them but they are standard. I hope this helps some if not all with this issue, I wish I could take credit for it but another Admin spent 8 hours today stripping everything down to find a fix, so kudos to him. |PARA|GEN.Lush The |PARA| Regiment

I didnt get any replies last weekend, everyone needs some time off :) If you have any luck will you post please, I am banging my head against the wall at the moment

How do i remove the IP's? This is tricky as I use the other IP's for other game servers so require them, but it would be a good test if they could be ignored or blocked to see if it fixes it

I have read other post and understand that only one IP can be used and that is the main one you would RD into How do you make sure it doesnt look at your other IP's we have several on on box? I got the main one whitelisted everythign is fine, up to the point i made in the original post about wrong version I read in another post to do a "netstat" in the command line and look for 3306 which is what the server would be running on it came back with another Ip of ours Thanks for your response, P.S what is nic?

There are lots of posts on this, a lot of people are having this issue. What I would like to know has anyone had it and fixed it? I dont see a fix from anyone in any of the posts unless I am missing one Any help would be appreciated on this I have spent over a week rying to fix it and am very frustrated Thanks in advance for any help

Having the same issue with our dedicated server Very frustrating, been whitelisted since last thursday, done everything the welcome email says and then did it again incase I had done something wrong Everything loads to the point of this with a black screen "This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact Dayz Staff." I have submitted a ticket, and have been speaking to jonathon but as I am uk and hes in the states it is very hard to catch each other and have had no real fix at this time Has anyone had this issue and actually fixed it? I just want to play on our server lol Thanks in advance
