Another request: Is it possible that defenses such as sandbags could be harvest-able after they are removed? Currently, if you find say, a tanktrap, and you remove it, it just vanishes. Is it possible to have it fall as an item to pick up on the ground? I'm not really sure how coding works honestly, but maybe these defenses could adopt something from the tents. If you pack a tent, it falls as an item that you can pick up. Why not defenses? I think this would be an amazing addition, especially since such recent updates circle around construction. -

Also if you're gonna make people spawn with the vest pouch again, heavily reduce the chance of that item spawning. Found like 4 in one super market once. Also, is it possible to make it so zombies don't respawn while players are in a certain vicinity of an area? Its currently impossible I believe to "clear out" anywhere. -

it might not be worth the trouble to add... In other news, I would suggest the servers that are currently up get more frequent restarts. It seriously starts to bog down after 2+ hours, to the point where if you log off, you lose 30-40 minutes of progress without warning. -

I've suggested this many times, but zombies should react to gunshots from further away. Zombies seem practically deaf ATM...please look into this -

point taken, I forgot about the backpack changes...and regarding taking down bases, it should take a LOT longer to take down large constructions. It only takes a few seconds to remove say, a tanktrap. But for large structures, it should take 3-4x as long, maybe longer, in my opinion; just something authentic. Same applies to building them as well -

[CHANGE] Czech Backpack Spawn Rate Reduced At Supermarkets And Residential Areas [CHANGE] Wood Pile Spawn Rate Increased At Farm Areas [CHANGE] ToolBox Spawn Rate Reduced At Industrial Areas Bad changes IMO. Wood piles are practically the spam mail of loot; hatchets do the job fine and I have never actually needed to pick up wood from a spawn. Backpacks were often rare enough, no point in reducing the spawn rate of a medium class one. And the toolbox, think about it; its not like tools in the real world are rare at all, ESPECIALLY if you go to a construction site or something of the sort. The spawn rate was fine. Any changes regarding zombies coming up? -

Regarding zombies, I see two things that would be awesome and working solutions: 1. Keep zombie count as is, but slow then down slightly. This way, you can find a hiding place to avoid some zombies rather than getting an amazing zombie train of doom that is current. Granted, this can be very fun if you're loaded, but with military ammo being now rare, even at a deerstand you can be screwed. 2. Simply reduce zombie count. Personally, I prefer the former; I don't think anyone has done DayZ with slower zombies yet and it'd be just an awesome change of pace again. It'd attract a larger playerbase, as a large group of people really like slow(ish) zombies (myself included). Well anyways, back to playing my fav zombie game :) -

I played for a decent amount of time and only two things showed that didn't really float my boat: there is slightly too many zombies; once again it's back to CrawlZ. One barn looked like a full shopping mall. A small decrease in the amount of zombies would be for the best, in my opinion. The second thing would be, is there a problem with the hive? I logged out for a few minutes and came back where I was 30-40 minutes ago. Lot of progress lost...other than that, it was fun and exciting :) -

awesome, that'd be great. The idea that should be active should be "if a person can hear it, zombies should too". Hell, the zombies are supposed to have "enhanced hearing". You and all other Day Z players should know that you could shoot a makarov all day in the middle of Chernogorsk and only aggro maybe 1-2 zombies at a time. And if you've ever heard a 9mm get shot, its decently loud. One time I got bored and just started shooting zombies in the middle of the NWAF airstrip with an M4, and literally only ONE zombie in the vicinity of 50 meters or so seemed to aggro at a time. What? So basically, if players can hear it, zombies should too. If something even close to this becomes a reality, you got yourself a full-time player :D -
