I think there are way more important things to discuss than camera position in the game. If someone thinks he's "hardcore" because he plays first person only, that doesn't mean that the game should be like that. However, I prefer 3rd person while running around (FPS only in firefights) because my laptop cannot run the game so smoothly, and while in third person you don't feel the FPS drop as much.

Well, check the Server report section, almost all of the reports about DE servers, of which many are hosted by gamed.de ... But no actions being taken.

Legacy, I have no clue what you were saying all along, also, what happens if the server/admin reported is found responsible for these things? Because I've recorded plenty of people hacking/abusing admin rights but so far it seems that it's just time waste for me to upload everything since no action will be taken anyways.

It is a public hive, considering I had the same items when I joined some NL server. Also, what do you mean "play on another server"? You want to tell me that this will be left as it is? Those guys should be fobidden from hosting any servers, and get global ban for doing childish sh** like this.

Server Name: DE 2288 (Your) Timezone: GMT +2 Date/Time: 2012 November 18 (today) Server Administrator('s): Gamper What happened: I went to Stary Sobor, found some guy running around with hero skin, shot him with an AK, after approaching his body, I got kicked by admin saying "F*** you", which is seen in the video, everything that happened after that can be seen in the video, after I relogged he kicked me again saying it's going to be a ban next time, and after I relogged once again he banned me. I inspected the body to show that it was him, server name seen in the video aswell. I've also been kicked like that from other DE servers, and there are plenty of hackers around all the DE servers. Hey guys :) Just bought Arma so I could play DayZ. After dying at Stary, I spawned at Kamenka and called my mate Mantas to pick me up.. this is what happened... What if it's a "private" DayZ server? Not connected to the main DayZ database.. (Has seperate server, database etc.)

Hello, I've been playing on one server for a while now, and we, with the host of the server decided to maximize the framerate of the game by allowing the FPSHelper mod/addon on the server ( decreases grass size, disables the grass movement, huge increase in performance ). So, I added the @FPSHelper to my Arma directory along with @DayZ, he added the Fpshelper.bikey to every "keys" folder he could find, and the server in the servers list has a green "dot" near it's name, meaning i can play on it, while the others have a red one when I launch the game with FPSHelper, however, when I try to connect it says: " "mod location, .pbo files of the mod " are not signed by a key accepted by this server. To play on this server, remove listed files or install additional accepted keys. So, I would like to know, what does the server admin have to do in order to allow this addon usage? Does he have t​o run it on the server, making it impossible for people to play without it? Thanks.

Another problem for me, I found a dead body, took his backpack, put my double barrel shotgun inside, and took his enfield. Then, found M16A2M203, replaced it with the double barrel in my backpack, and now everytime I reconnect the double barrel shotgun reappears, destroying the other gun I put in, it basically reverts the whole backpack's inventory every restart. What do I do?
