Depends. If they go up the normal route,south, southwest or southeast, i'd position myself either southwest, northwest, or i'd loiter around the woods. Say they take the common path, south. I'd be in the treeline of northeast. They woud park in the woods, and come up. Not only do i have a strategic advantage by being in a lesser-known sniper hill, but if they leave, i can shoot them in the back. It's risky, though. If the sniper spots me, there is very little cover. I'd go NW, NE or loiter behind a sniper hill.

Kill to loot is a valid strategy. Kill on threat is a valid strategy. I feel a bandit is someone who purposely kills a unarmed, lightly armed or otherwise "weak" target when they couldve avoided it. One time, i was in kamenka. I was looting ,and was greeted by a ghillie sniper's as50 to the face. I hadn't seen him either. That's true banditry. IF you find a ghillie sniper, go the fuck ahead. IF you find someone looting a heli crash, shoot him. If you find a kid running around with a winchester, gtfo or bandit.

Before i can make a plan, shots are pinging the ground next to me. So, i run. Serpentine-style. MY old playstyle was to alt f4, but for some reason, i didn't.... He kept missing badly. He even got 3 aggroed zombies off my tail with his shots. I called in an evac from my friendo in a huey. So, he picks me up, and we fly away. Only for him to be shot in the face. I jump out, and hardly survive. So I head back home, only to hear raging in the chat. His camp was blown up. I hear his car driving by, probaby searching for me. I hop out, dump 3 shots into him, and check the loot. Nothing It was worth it i guess. Btw i'm no bandit. 100% revenge/self defence. I did have help from 2 allies in a car, but that was all besides the pilot. GG buddy.

Spawned in, and took 10 minutes to learn the controls. Lagged like hell, and got thunderdome'd into debug plains. A group of friendlies killed the hackers, and offered me, the only other survivor, the loot. I let, joined in, and was killed on spawn. >.> Only hacking experience I have ever seen.
