I love your Videos. And like you I was once a bandit. I thought they were bad ass. But ulitimately, boring and pointless... I found a purpose when I became a medic and I believe you would too so I have a proposal for you. Now I challenge you to become a medic. (at least for a video or two) I Can't speak for the rest of the TMW nor all the Whitelisted Medics out there but I know my bodyguard and I would be happy to take you on some runs to save some patients lives, risking our gear and time spent in game for the well being of another.... Its the most exciting thing I have done in game. Maybe you start your own 5 man med team and get a forum thread going. Maybe you only patch up Bandits. However you do it, it would be awesome to see your take on this facet of the game. If you know Rhino, tell him about this thread. I wanna see what he thinks.

As I myself am now a fresh spawn :-( I would LOVE to train someone this evening. I 'Should' be online and in game by 7pm PST or 12 hours from now (long day of work today) I would like to start in Lektro so if you are a newbie spawn, want to learn how to go from zero to hero(skin) (cwidt?) then hit me up, get as close to lektro as possible and log out and wait for me. I will log onto TMW TeamSpeak when I log into the game so if you see Scrump in teamspeak, poke me and we can get started together. We will start with basic supply gathering as fast as possible, why zombies are a meaningless annoyance that you never have to worry about, Your first weapon. Living off the land, getting the phat lootz, and then a list of tips for further suvival. My longest living run as a medic (medics die alot) was 14 days so, not bad.

I had no idea the medics existed and I broke my legs in Pusta, I knew I needed morphine but none on me, I crawled ALL THE WAY TO CHERNO to get morphine. By the time I got there I was starving and dying of thirst, although I didn't know it. Didn't see my health dropping. and as I looted the morphine I died. Was actually glad it happened. I GOT NEW LEGS!

Not to mention that the Bizon ammo is SUPER RARE... Bizon is neat, but it has a muzzle flash, does less dmg and has a shorter range with a less accurate scope (although some people prefer the iron sight) Bizon is neat and if you are a crack shot the ammo can last a long time but... man. CCO SD is SO much better.

We are ALWAYS looking for both vehicles to get to patients, even bicycles or boats. What we would prefer? Tractors, vans and UAZs and tents FILLED with parts. If you do happen to fix up a car or find a bike, hide them and a send a PM to any of the TMW medics or go into the TMW TeamSpeak and wait for someone to talk to you.

That would be TERRIBLE. Why? Why would you want that. SO BORING. I can simply outrun 100 zombies. They don't stand a chance against any player with at least an axe. It removes 100% of the risk. If that option was made legit it would be so boring nobody would play it. What would you do with your AS50? Snipe zombies? really?

Your threats are weak and hollow Let me tell you why. If you killed me right now. I WOULD lose some sweet gear but I need NONE of it to do my job. Assuming I spawn somewhere near Cherno or Lektro and assuming none of my fellow medics are online I can be completely supplied to provide medical service again within ten minutes. And that is if I don't run to one of my 4 extremely well stocked tents along the south coast and simply regear head to toe. If you take out a bandit sniper, it will take him hours or days to totally regear himself. Me, ten minutes. You, quite simply, do not have enough bullets to take us out or to affect our jobs in any significant way. However, I do encourage you to play whatever style of play that you find most rewarding. HOW WILL I CHANGE MY SERVICES: I have three well trained, loyal and bloodthirsty body guards who have sworn themselves to my protection in the field. From here on out, I will help anyone who asks (like always) however, I will be bringing a sniper with thermal as well as a spotter with thermal. You might kill me but you will be bleeding out before you get your hands on my CCO SD, NVGs, RF, Antibiotics, extra ghillies or Mountain Dew. Also, Thanks to Joe Shaw, I will also start using his "Must have flashlight equipped and must face away from me while im in the area" tactic. WE ARE THE TRUSTED MEDICS OF THE WASTELAND! AS50 is totally legit. The AS50 aws( I THINK) is the one that had thermal, it was removed because its god mode and noone should have it.

A good way to combat fresh spawn gankers is to make murdering a fresh spawn worth nothing. No -Humanity, no murder, no kill at alll. Just make killing fresh spawns a waste of ammo. Maybe give it a 5 minute timer from spawn. Or 5 minutes or once you equip an actual weapon (or axe) whatever comes first. Then again, Dayz is a no rules environment, if someone wants to waste his ammo... so be it, I guess.

Putting on someone elses civillian clothing deletes your bag (not always but its a known 7.2.5 bug so, buyer beware.

Murdered last night in Starry (I will never enter that town again without sniper cover. Ever.) Its not a big deal but I miss my pack and my silenced weapon. The community has been very generous to me so I feel bad for even asking but a spare alice (or coyote) pack, a ghillie/camo and a silenced weapon would make me a happy medic. When I get home I will make some runs to the NWAF and see if I cant find a DMR or L85 for trade. If I had a choice id get a CCO SD but beggers can't be choosers. Special thanks to the guys who swooped in to help me guard my body last night... Shame the thieving prick got my stuff before I was able to get there. THE STORY: I was online with a fellow medic and we decided to make a quick run through starry hoping for antibiotics. The place was filled with AKs of varrying types but no good meds. As we were leaving an unseen asailant named Sam AK'd me to death then my fellow medic who was able to also kill Sam. When I got back to my body all my stuff was there, and as I leaned down to collect it, I took an AS50 to the head... Ran back AGAIN to find my body looted save for some med supplies and a tool or two (still no compass or map) Dying as a medic isn't that big of a deal unless you have a big bag and NVGs... which I did. With NVGs we can get to patients faster and safer on dark dead servers and the bigger the bag means the less time I have to spend in Cherno or Snipeto WTB NEW HOSPITAL UP NORTH! grrr EDIT: I should add, Flunkbuster hooked me up with some new NVGs so I am covered there. and Thanks to the Flying medics for flying him up to starry after he took some friendly fire to the back of the head (lol)

Since I started playing DayZ the life expectancy has been 47 minutes. Well thanks to the heroic work of all the medics out there, we have increased the average life expectancy by almost 20 minutes (and with over 1,000,000 players that is a very big increase!) Hey Banditos... Lets say there was a Medic Skin. Like if someone hits 7500 humanity and... some meds provided = a med cross on the arm or something... IF there were a medic skin (medics typically dont kill anyone unless attacked) Would you still kill on sight, Medics don't discriminate when saving lives. So again, the question is IF you could somehow tell if someone was a medic, would you still KOS or... What?
