I dont quite understand what you are describing. Did you glitch into the tractor model or did the tractor simply stop being able to move. If you glitched into the model which would result in you getting stuck then yes that was a bug but if the tractor just wouldnt move forcing you to exit into oncoming fire it would seem that a critical part of the tractor was damaged beyond use as to render the tractor immobile untill repaired with the proper item depending on the specific part/parts damaged.

Floating loot, Kamenka

Ive noticed that as well in Kamenka on occasion. From what ive observed the loot dosent always spawn in the air which leads me to believe that it randomly happens when the loot spawns and ive only noticed this bug so far in kamenka. Nowhere else have I seen this happen. Its good to hear you didnt stand up to get the loot as you wouldnt be able to take it anyway as you wont be able to interact with it at all if it is affected. -
What you are describing sounds like one of the mass kill hacks that were going on awhile back... Oh god I hope there not back.

If I remember correctly tents were wiped recently due to an exploit that could be used to duplicate tents and I would assume the contents of said tent as well.
