And the fact that you clearly didn't comprehend the SECOND FUCKING SENTENCE of my post which clearly says it was my first time even trying to set up a tent/camp is pretty fucking retarded. :) I wasn't surprised someone found it I knew it could be found especially in a building (not to mention a damn barn). I was disappointed that someone found me before my camp could even get legs. Where are you getting your information for making such asinine remarks? Because it CLEARLY isn't my post. Also, you don't find it a little fishy that 30 seconds after I kill someone who killed zombies right outside the barn without me hearing, seeing, or noticing I randomly die from as you say a "glitch" while standing completely still outside a barn with no gunshots, no axes, no nothing, just instant death?

How big is the update? I downloaded commander at 7:30 and hit update as soon as I could, and it's just now at 47.5% at 9:08

I tried to make a new profile and a new name but when I went through the controls and set them how i wanted something was wrong when I tried to aim down the sights. Now whenever I go to aim down the sights on any gun (handguns included) it zooms in about halfway and then go to ADS view, then to exit I have to double right click twice. Once does nothing. I've made a bunch of new profiles and all experimented with the controls. Some I didn't touch anything that had to do with optics and it still does it. Now on my main profile it's starting to do it out of nowhere. On this profile it was how it was intended, R Click once to view down sight, then R Click again to go back. It's starting to annoy me. I can live with all the other bugs and glitches but something that effects something as fundamental as this I have to find a solution.

I managed to hit one of them with a DMR shot but all 3 of them have AS50's. I didn't stand a chance. If you go there my body will be the one in the hero skin on the hillside just North of the tents. I did my best. :( One in a wookie suit, the other 2 have soldier outfits on. Not sure why they were camping Stary, none of them seemed to have the bandit heartbeat as I was scouting them. If people wanna go hunt I may just go back on and help. If not it's a fresh start tomorrow.

I have 50k humanity. Only because it's completely broken and auto-accumulates to 2500 every single time I log in. If it's true what I heard about people losing the humanity of players when they murder them that guy just lost heaps lol 3 guys with AS50's, soldier outfits, and wookie suits vs. Me alone with a DMR. Yeahhhh let me die, take 45 minutes to run up to Stary again and get them with my enfield. Maybe no one should post on the forums and ask for help for anything. The hackers are already rampant attention seekers. At least they'd be fucking up some Stary shooters in the process. I've been teleported to and shot on this server before. Idk what the hell they were doing there was like 12 people on the server when I joined about 45 minutes before this happened. Not exactly prime player hunting numbers. I would say they were definitely Stary sniping though, the wookie was aiming straight at the Stary tents and one of the 2 soldier dudes was watching North for people like me. :D

When I was big into GTAIV people would deathmatch the SHIT out of the airport. You would respawn, take 2 steps and get shot... Rinse and repeat. If any of you haven't played it, imagine you spawned wherever the most players were by that I mean if all the players in the server were at the NWAF you would literally spawn within the NWAF. Possibly in the midst of a shootout. I used to fly around in the attack chopper and protect people from the assholes. Makes it harder to do that if you can't kill em and spawn trap them. On the flipside sometimes I was on the receiving end of people trapping me over and over. In any case it was good fun and it was nice being able to choose if you wanted friendly fire on or not. At least this would take care of the anti-social losers who teleport to people and shoot them in the back, then again they would follow you around and try and fuck up your day any way they can to get the attention they crave.

If so, I recommend it not just for DayZ. I'm just wondering what your control configurations are for it. Mainly because I'm looking for ideas for my "lean L+R" keys. I have NV on E and flashlight on Q. I don't have an M4 CCO anymore so there's not much reason to keep the Q assigned to the light, but then I'd only be able to lean left.

When I walk IRL I don't make the same amount of noise I do when running. Not sure why you do in this. I had an encounter where multiple people were shooting at (I'm guessing) each other (not at me) at the NWAF the other night and was scared to move cause my footsteps were so damn loud I didn't want someone to see me. So I started to roll, which leads to my next suggestion. How can a character run hundreds of KM over a few hours and get more winded from rolling. I was lying still in the pitch black next to a hangar trying to triangulate the shooters, I couldn't hear them for about 30-40 seconds so I started rolling to the next hangar. I literally rolled twice and got more winded than I've ever heard my character get. I know rolling is silent and there should be something to offset that but it's not very realistic.

The only hacking I would ever do or support doing is to give yourself or your group exactly you had before you got thunderdomed and tp yourself back. Giving yourself an AS50 right off the beach, dropping ammo boxes everywhere, spawning cars and heli's, tp'ing behind people and blowing their head off is what's ruining this game.

Why would they have to take and M4 out to put in the G36? More variations in weapons is a good thing.

Hero here too. Try to make friends when I come across people. Made one today actually. And he helped me out for a change. I try to call out whenever I hear or see people. Had one today that was out of range I think and there was no cover not even bushes between me and where he was so all he would've seen was me running at him with an M4. Hero skin or not I'd be paranoid enough to run and find cover. I really wish that direct chat had a longer range. IMO I think it's hurting the game for people who like to actually talk to people and make friends. As it stands bullets have a longer range than chat does. Can't say I blame people for being afraid of other players.

I just checked my gear to make sure I had food while running through the woods. My CCO M4 transformed into the SD version, NV Goggles were magically added to my inventory, and my top right corner looks like this: M4 CCO Semi 30 | 105 As far as the M4 is concerned it seems to be in gear only I'm still holding the normal CCO with the light. I'm not brave enough to drop it and see what happens. I dropped the NV Goggles immediately by the way, I don't want to finally get them after all this time searching for them by a glitch or hacker TP'ing to me and putting shit in my inventory while I'm idle. (I've been in and out looking at a map for vehicle spawns and deer stands all night). While I appreciate the thought I like to find my own way. Literally and figuratively as it's dark as balls out right now. FYI The NV Goggles when I waved over them on the ground it told me in order to pick them up again I'd have to drop "my" SD CCO, and my hatchet of all things. EDIT I just went into my gear... and I have 95 STANAG SD mags. What the fuck just happened?? EDIT #2 Just tabbed into the game again and it seems my mag count is back to normal. It's still saying I have a CCO SD though.
