Perfect, am using IE9 and its all working fine this morning. As I said, the customer service and general service provided by this host are brilliant...I cant recomend DayZ.ST enough based on the level of service provided by some of the other providers I've used. Thanks Ersan, another short leadtime fix :)

To be fair this is by far the best host I've dealt with, servers are setup straight away and ready to rock and roll, support is very good and always explained properly (for the less tech savy amonst us) I love this. However tonight with this new map I'm having some issues, cant get anything to show on the actual map...sure its just a glitch though and really looking forward to the updates. Great host to anyone thinking of signing up :)

MSI afterburner to record the files (no sound), then run the file through freemake video converter to a more space friendly format (and add music).

A hacker teleported all our vehicles onto the island off Solnicniy, of course pretty useless there. So we took all the wheels we could get together a dna few jerry cans, drove the lot into the sea where they are destroyed (and sink), then restart the server. Most of the vehicles respawned in thier original spawn locations, only the V3S keeps respawning on the island, we've been back now three times and every time after restart it pops back up on the island, cant figure a solution for that one but at least most of the vehicles are now available again.

Is that sufficient evidence to ban the wrong doer, not from the hive but just from my server? is that allowed given he's spawning items?

Hey guys, I found this last night in my createvehicle.log, does this look suspect to anyone else (it does to me because the instances are so close to eachother) or is this an innocent occurance? I'm pretty new to admin this game so not sure if this would signify spawning items? Server's still borked post the attack and all the vehicles spawn in one place (that the hacker dumped them in). The tents while moved to a single loaction last night, post reset have returned to the original locations and seem to have the loot within them so thats a bonus. Frankly, the hacker issue is far more widespread than i had first imagined. Being a new server admin on this game its really a massive pain in the ass to deal with, especially when you get folk like the OP who seem to assume the reason for locking a server is to steal other peoples stuff, thats pretty sick. I've just respawned three times at different locations along the south coast, been killed each time by players...trying to return the vehicles to aproximate spawn loactions so I can the restart the server and test if they return to the hacked loaction or stay in the aproximate location I've left them. I am not trying to steal anyones gear, nor am i trying to make anyones gaming time more angst ridden than it has to be. All I (and the reast of the admins) are trying to do is provide a decent gaming experiance for the regular players. Of course I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused to players as a result of the hacker issue, however I would stress that we're trying to return to normal service as soon as possible, that would have been quicker if we had kept the server locked so we didn't die on every run but thats the game as it is :)

Oh and by the way, the server locked at around 8pm last night to try to get the vehicles to respawn, it unlocked at around 2pm today so your perception of time passing may be impaired. Come get your stuff and move along mate.

'Its been open for over an hour, maybe if you were trying to play as opposed to raging in a forum you'd know that. However, players are reporting all tents are missing so we're just restarting again, can you wait the 3 minutes of boot time?

We say hacking becasue I added 5 players to the ban list for either making themselves invisible or for moving all items around the map. At two different occations yesterday the server was attacked, first time all players were teleported into the sea, second time all items/vehicles were sent to the islands off Solnichiy. The password was added so we could destroy the vehicles on the island and force them to respawn for all players to use, but since you're already so sure that the admin team are only here to "steal your stuff" (which is entirely pathetic by the way), please carry on with your misguided opinions. We're trying to run a stable server with decent admin as all our servers are run, however thats very difficult to achieve when for trying to do the right thing we get flamed in forums. Here's a thought, instead of coming making stuff up about the motives of our admins, why dont you come talk to us, we have an open TS and an open forum and would be more than happy for you to come along and get your stuff, which should still be there unless it was saved on the beach in a tent moved by the hackers that attacked our server yesterday. As for "no hacking happened this is an excuse" please dont try to tell me something different from the server logs or the people I got screamed at by last night because they'd been on the server during both hacking attacks. In the mean time, please come get your "stuff" of the server so I can bin the thing at billing time, running this server is way too much trouble and frankly I'm not used to this being an entirely thankless task.
