    DayZ ran perfectly for me until around the 1.7.2.4 and related Arma patches that came out around that time. Since then, I will have issues when I approach large towns or other areas that seem to have a lot of different textures to load. My FPS drops into single digits, and all textures are reduced to real rudimentary shapes/colors and sometimes even crash. I can fix it with a flush, but when I trying to drive/fly a vehicle or fighting with zombies/people that can be a huge liability I've made a short video to show the effects I am referring to:
