    If you guys are still looking for people, a friend and I are looking at joining up with some others. We are pretty decently equipped and work together fairly well with voice comms. Currently use Mumble but we are flexible. You can contact me via Steam (Portly Assassin) or via PM here.

    {SM} FapMax & {SM} BUCROF are abusing the vote kick functionality of one of the regular servers we use in order to have the server to themselves. Over a period of an hour I watched them vote kick people as soon as they connected to the server to keep it to themselves. It appears this server is set to the default 33% needed to votekick and as long as they kick people fast enough to not let more than 6 people on the server then they can always manage to kick others. I did multiple tests starting with just logging to the lobby and waiting for a kick, then had a couple of friends join in order to need 2 votes to hit 33% and then both of them voted to kick. I then waited a short period then logged in and attempted to vote kick one of them (with 3 of us on the server my vote would hit the 33% threshold) and it worked. I suggest any server admins should either remove or adjust the default vote kick percentage to prevent people taking control of a server to themselves.
