Well first thing I would do is look and see if that is in the folder. I just checked my folder and I do not have that file in it...not sure where you downloaded the mod from but it seems to me that file is not part of the dayz mod. Or are you downloaded the other mod listed up above?

I have AMD A8-3820 Quad Core with AMD Radeon Graphics Installed: Nvidia GeForce 560 TI Video Card Location: Everywhere/Every Server ---- Very bad on Dallas and Virginia Servers How Often: Every game session How Long: Most every game when I load in for the first 20-50 minutes game runs smoothly. Gets gradually worse (FPS) and lag. The longer I play the worse it gets. Some servers mainly all the Dallas and Virginia servers it starts right away. I ping all the servers and play on the ones with the lowest pings, which helps of course. No matter where I play though, the same result as stated above. It feels like there is a memory leak. Either way 20-50 minutes of smooth gameplay is better than 0 minutes.

do you know if this patch helps with the FPS issue affecting the 1.5.8.2 version of Dayz?

You have Pepsi and Coke in your game...trademarks...are they backing your game? If not they should be, been downing a lot of soda while in game, as well as out of game :D

People are going to kill you. You are going to kill them. Why? Because you can't do it in real life. Though it is part of the game, and a necessary part, to maintain realism, it has not really been tweaked to have any real benefit other than, "I killed you, what you going to do about it" attitude. I myself try to be friendly, but I never turn my back to anyone. Trust no one, not even yourself, I told myself I wouldnt kill anyone who was a survivor, but I have...times were hard and I was red in food and water...and far away from nearest town...not excuseable, but I did it. You can quit now, but when you come back, still will have your broken bone or massive blood loss, possibly come back unconscious, so by all means, quit during a gunfight or zombie pile up, you wont revert to your prior save point anymore.

Game purchase only with maybe a store to buy appearance changing items only, everyone wants to look unique, but items that actually boost stats or give some kind of in game benefit are a not good, pay to win is the lame.

It dont work anymore. Go through alice pack, click on arrow key to transfer...nothing. Click on take weapons...nothing.

Do I download all those RaRs or just the 1.5.8.2 rar and the 1.2.4 equip rar?

What exactly is this? Does it mean it will automatically save when someone force disconnects avoiding a death...or is it a deterent to stop people from doing it.

What files on need to be downloaded? All the files listed or just dayz_code_v1.5.8.2rar and dayz_equip_v1.2.4rar?

you need dayz_equip_v1.2.4.rar for it to work...I found out the hard way getting beat up by zombies and not being able to use a bandage...I am still trying to find out what files need to be downloaded.

I just used the autoupdater...clicked update and said success instantly..so I didnt see it update anything? How do I know?

So I see some servers using the new patch...and I see where to get it,but I am not sure what exact folder to extract it too.

You can still get online...if you wait it out. I had to wait 20 minutes after receiving data...then another 10 in the waiting for server response...but it was not worth the wait because my character is screwed anyhow.

You are boned. Pretty much dead if you do not log on and eat and drink. I just had my son bring me morphine, food, and water because I broke my leg last night. Healed up to max blood, went to a town to resupply, took in all about an hour. Went through about 8 false/true phases and when I finally got back online, I am right back to square one, broken leg, no food, or morphine. Kid character is fine, minus all the stuff he gave me...you and I are in the same boat lol.

You have to manually update Battleye the anti cheat program manually. Its in your steam arma operation arrowhead folder.

I broke my leg and lost tons of blood. My son came to me, gave me morphine, we went into the forest killed some sheep, got all my blood back and basically healed up to full...that took about 30 minutes. Played for another 30 minutes to run into town to resupply. Now I just logged back online and I am back where I was with a broken leg and still F'd up. 1 hour of gameplay, gone, all the food, gone, morphine, gone. My sons character is fine and where he logged off, minus the morphine he brought me and the food. This is wrong. I know its alpha, I am just kind of peaved thats all.

Get rid of it. It takes away from the simulation in the way that everyone uses it to "tattle" or just communicate their every move to the whole server. The realism is taken away when you hear "Friendly?" in Cherno? Or "Bandits at Electro" when you are at the airfield, miles away. One should not know what is going on and who is doing it at all times. Sure it is nice to know who is a bandit or who is friendly, but it should be the person finding out when they are face to face, or on the receiving end of a sniper scope. Maybe implement a general chat that is local only, that is if you are not near anyone they cannot hear you talk when you type.

Thanks all, that would be cool once that is fixed. As for help or in game questions, maybe a special channel could be implemented.

What I have read is the fixing of the direct communication VOIP nothing being said about removing the chat channels which communicate with the whole server, why dont you grace me with your highness powers and put a link here.
