    Same issue here. I just updated to the new patch. I logged onto a different server and got the " X has died". My character still has the same amount of health (2000) but all my gear is gone as well. I had a lot of good gear and I am not happy about losing it. If anyone discovers a solution or gets an answer, (Even if its a "you're screwed" then please post it here)
