  1. I was on the UN server (US 1879) Sunday (08/20/2012) around 11am- 2pm (EST -5GMT) when a strange computer program message appeared on my screen (see fig 1). I first thought it was a malicious script loading and I almost logged out. But, I kept playing, a few minutes later it appeared again only this time, I screen captured it before it disappeared. I then realized it (the message) was appearing after a specific action. I was inside a barn during night time and sniping zombies I coaxed inside. My weapon of choice was a crossbow and 5 steel bolts. I coaxed them in by tossing blue chem-lights near the open doors. I shot them as they casually walked in to investigate. I would then wait for the bodies to disappear to recover my bolts after a while, I started losing the bolts and searched every square inch of the barn floor hoping, I would get a loot hit even though there was none in sight. I eventually got down to 1 bolt and ran out of chem-lights so, I started throwing flares and the zombie hordes quickly reacted, more aggressively than the chem-lights. I was out of sight on the second floor, waiting for the mobs to wander off so I could snag the few that remained; as I crept to the ledge, I immediately saw all the missing bolts (plus a few extra) on the barn floor. It appears the red flare made them highly visible and they stood out like little neon signs. I moved my cursor over a bolt and I got the message to pick up the bolt. I was surprised that I could loot them from such a distance so, as I picked them up, I started getting the on-screen message. Anybody have any Ideas what this might be? Savoy8
  2. Khyron, I hope you and the rest of your members don't think I was bashing or laying blame to the clan and the server you host. I only mentioned it in the topic for location ID and verification of a legit hack, please except my apology if anyone misinterpreted my frustration in writing. I have been on your server alot in the past week w/o any incident of foul play or underhandedness and I was just settling in. Thank you very much for the quick reply and action taken. The only thing of true value lost was a freshly filled canteen. Thanks for the service(s) provided. Savoy8, I willl be back
  3. Server this happened on. "US 1879" GMT-8 (Hosted by the UNRules Clan =[uN]=) "Time of incident 6:57 PM Sunday Aug 12, 2012 EST (GMT-5) "Area" NNW of "Nadezhdino", Co-ord grid #057 104 (Per DayZ database Map Web-site) "Event" While hidden beneath a, dense, copse of pines and in freelook mode. I saw a subject teleport behind me (right rear). The Subject was dressed in Camo styled pants, green military pt shirt, bald head, no hat or cover; he was armed w/an axe and no other gear (no back-pack). Subject appeared to be looking for something in the area going back and forth, he then circled around to my right and killed me before i could release the freelook key. After death all my icons and clickable button icons started flashing on and off, in the lobby screen, the mulitplayer access screen and exit screens. I had to end game and restart to clear the glitches. This game is getting to be a "Royal Pain in the Ass" this is not my first run in with cowards and certainly not my last. But, when the day comes that I have to pay for this then my pockets will be heavier than those who created this worm riddled apple.
