I have been having a problem with my character for over a month and need a ID reset , I keep getting the message ' this server is running the wrong side server application ect...' I have been told I need a player ID reset and have logged a ticket but it has been a month and still nothing. I really love this mod and would love to be able to play it once again. Player ID 15869510 P.s I have tried every solution and none have worked. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO ?!? Plzzzzz help :s

No response after 1 month - get used to private hives

Hi I've been eating for nearly 5 weeks now for a player reset and am really getting pissed, I was patient but enough is enough -why hasn't my ID been reset ? WTF is happening ID (for the 15th time ):15869510

Latest versions of both, I've been trying normal dayz hive (dayz.com) servers over 100 of them , my friend can connect to all of them fine. But when I go to join I get a very quick split seeing 'waiting for character to create' and then loading , them a black screen with ' this server is running the wrong side server application , you cannot connect to this server, if you are the server admin please contact dayz staff. I have Been told I need a player ID reset so really really need to find out who I should contact , I've logged tickets but no success / reply. Just in case my ID 15869519 Thanks

hi i keep getting this error message when i try and log into a server 'this server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact DayZ staff'. I am NOT a server admin but i keep getting this problem . please can you reset my character ID which is 15869510 . Cheers

Ok guys what I suggest is go and put in a ticket, I have reported this post to a moderator so it should get flagged up for them to see. Hope it gets fixed :)

Yeh it WILL fix it and if it doesn't well ......I give up but it fixed my mates so hopefully it will do the same to mine

Guys I found the solution ..but your not gunna like it Ok my mate had this happen to him bck in 1.7... Something... And what he said was that he had to contact the dev team to reset his player ID this was when there was only around 500,000 players therefor not so much forum conjestion .maybe if we made a post titled ID that's need resetting and just post your name and ID on it so it's quicker for the devs to reset us , this does mean loosing our character. But I would rather get it working and loose my character than not play at all.

The best advice I can give u is find a diffrwbt game to play I have had this problem for the past 13 days tere is no solution but to have ur character reset it is due to a corrupt player file but when ur character Is reset is an entirely diffrent story ..... I'm still waiting

I really don't know what to do I can play on private hives but they all suck and have huge pings ... Really need player I'd reset
