It is a fact of life.just about everybody you meet in this game that isn't on teamspeak, Skype or vent will shoot you. It seems that survival equals 'kill everyone'. Rather than form alliances with strangers. In your case this voob(i like that one) obviously needs the murder and negative humanity points. There are people out there that do not actively look for a fire fight. Jasz is one of them. Remember one thing. Around 12% of players are bandits. The other 88% are just sniper fodder. Welcome to the social experiment that we call dayZ.

Because right now when you raid a tent everything is returned after a reset. To prevent this, and get one over on dupers, just add something yourself and then save the tent. When the reset happens the only thing in the tent will be your empty can of beans. Bah! Hah hah.

So was it the specific act of punching a baby that cleared the issue? If so, can it be any type of baby? Cos I have a whole box of kittens here that are gonna get some if it debugs dayZ. :D

I just leave mine between the tents at stary us 1584. Nobody has removed anything yet. Even though it isn't a trap.

Chipdemon is correct. Empty your selected spawn site of EVERYTHING. Go away, at least 120m, for ten to twenty minutes and you will have shiny new spawns. Or, if you log on inside a normally active building spawn site that now appears empty. Just go for a quick perimeter run and by the time you return there will be spawns.

Seriously dud(sic). Your telling me that I can spawn on the beach, immediately run north, get geared up and over to stary in the same time it took ecstasy? which we now know was about 30 minutes. Damn. I AM playing this game wrong.

Unfortunately on the very next server reset ALL of their tents and gear would have been restored. Look at your 'recent' tab in commander and tell us the derver. Also, for future reference. You can delete everything in the tent by putting something back in and saving it. Next reset the only thing left is your empty can. Apparently.....

Find a sup ermarket and empty everything out of it. Every empty c an, makarov round, can of beans etc etc. Run at least 120m away and let it cook slowly for ten t o twenty minutes. When you open the doors there should be a whole load of new spawns. I bet you get a tent and a load more other useful stuff. Of course this may be against the spirit of the game. If your conscience is clear though, then who really cares ?

Ha ha Ecstasy. Found out and whinging like a newborn cos you and your mates lost all your hacked gear. I need to ask. This fire fight took place in stary. So you boys were massacred. Respawned on the beach. Geared up for another fire fight and hoofed it back to stary. You are either the luckiest dudes on the servers when it comes to weapon spawns or Denmark definitely has a slight pong to its rotten corpse. You see, I do this exact thing every death and it can take three hours before I see stary and I'm lucky to have the Winchester and a 1911. I am gonna jump to a conclusion that there may have been some server hopping, ghosting and tent duping going on here. Is your conscience clear ecstasy?

Sniper is just annoyed that combat loggers are counter acting his ghosting. ;)

irGoodman. The votes have been counted. The results are in. It is official. You are an exploiter of the worst kind. A combat logger and what makes it bad is that you are in such denial. You and your group were pwnd by one man and his Enfield. The only way you could beat him wad to to cheat. Next time, die with dignity.

Profaniti. Information like software versions of dayz and arma and commander or six launcher/play would be useful. ;)

It astonishes me. This is an Alpha piece of software. ie in the very earliest part of development. Yet there are players out there that cannot get by without hacking, cheating, scripting, ghosting, duping, alt-f4ing. Seriously. Why?

Seriously. It is a 7.62mm round. If you get hit centre mass then you would die. This is the reason the European military stopped using these rounds. The 5.56mm round creates casualties, screaming, crying, bleeding casualties that need medical treatment. The 7.62mm round creates deadness. Quiet, still bodies that will lose their morphine and 24 hour ration packs.

Cptobvious - I mean no disrespect by using letters. Mate, I was having a wee joke. I am a complete loner in game, I've taken too many 'negligent discharges' to the back of the head to trust anyone. Which is unfortunate really cos this game that is a 'human experiment' is just revealing the ugly side of humanity to me. ;) I do not have the resources to mount a raid. I still carry an akm, was very pleased to pick up a g17 recently and only have one tent on us 1584 right in the middle of stary sobor military area(for those interested) I carry around a crap load of m9sd mags in the vain hope that one might spawn(sigh). I do not agree with what colten has done. It seems he has thrown his toys out the pram for some reason and this will certainly make the next couple of days interesting for you guys. Good luck in the defence of your realm. I didn't know about the tent respawn issue, although that would explain why mine hasn't been emptied. I hope that gets sorted in the next update.
