Need more info on your graphics card but based on your specs and assuming that you are using an integrated intel graphics card... it isn't going to be pretty. You are going to have to buy a new video card.

You can always buy it from Amazon dot com's digital store. That is what I did.

As you can tell from my loot, while new I'm already successful at raiding. I come from a game that I spent hundreds of hours mastering. It was a PvP game but the cost became ridiculous ($10K to max out player) so I found DayZ. Looking for an older group of peers to play with.
