    This neostalker guy is a cheater. I killed him once outside of Cherno. He had NV Goggles, and every single tool, but only a ax as a weapon. 10 min later he spawns right in the same spot with the same gear and i kill him again. Another 10 mins later he spawns again but this time he as a M14 and kills me. He is hacking. No one can find all that gear especially NV goggles that quick
