Judging by your post, OP, you're the one who's ''stupid as hell, retarded'' etc. 1. Do not run at people screaming ''friendly'', especially if they are carrying firearms. 2. Do not join ''PVE'' servers thinking that you're safe from players. PVE servers are a delusion. 3. It doesn't. I was just giving my oppinion on the subject Thane brought up. Everyone can play this game however they want, as long as it isn't against the rules, but that doesn't mean everyone will agree with that playstyle.

Well for starters, it IS a game. I don't have to justify anything to anyone in a game as long as I play it legitimately. As for you oppinion on killing new spawns versus geared players -- killing new spawns gives you nothing and killing geared players gives you what they're carrying. Basically you're killing new spawns only for sport and geared players for survival and/or a chance to improve your equipment. I think killing people for sport or just for griefing them is more disturbing.

My group wanders all over the map, we don't camp one specific spot all day. Server hoppers -- unarmed or not -- deserve death. If you can't understand the difference then I will assume you do it alot and hope you get killed many times doing it. First of all, I dont use SKS' and so far never have. I don't play on the experimental servers. I use a mosin which is easy enough to find legitimately most of the time. I don't know where you came up with the fact that I ''spawn hop at airfields'', but I do not.

I apologize then. I got the impression from that post that you were one of those bandits that camp the coast all day. I have no shame admitting that I'm a KOS bandit, but even I won't stoop so low as to hang around the coast shooting people who can't defend themselves. At least when they're not in punching range.

Are you saying that you have had multiple experiences where someone logs back in on the same server and the same exact spot after combat logging? People are goddamn dumb.

Have you considered the fact that you're bad at the game for not being able to survive, which is the main point of DayZ? There are no PVE servers in this game. They are against the rules. Okay. Bye bye now. Creating new threads and complaining about KOS should be a punishable offense around here...

That doesn't really say anything as most people on these forums do more complaining than supporting, especially when it comes to the hot topic of KOS. Just use the search function and complain in one of the existing threads, instead of creating a new one is all I'm saying.

How about you don't try to clean a pristine weapon in the first place.

Not another KOS-whinethread. Search the countless other threads for the reasons why KOS bandits are an important part of the DayZ atmosphere and why that particular style of gameplay won't EVER be restricted. So it's pointless to complain about it.

Well, alpha is too early for some people. Me, I'm enjoying myself even with the occasional bugs.

Don't know what people are basing this Mosin nerf - talk on, but I haven't noticed any difference in it's damage values. One shot kill on the torso (and of course, head) as it should be. Only limb shots don't kill outright.

I'm guessing at least a few clans/groups on different servers will set up shop there when it finally launches and shoot trespassers on sight.

This. Haven't played the Arma 3 mod, but I'm guessing it's got hackers aplenty just like Arma 2 mod.
