there firewall is blocking there packet flow to the server i had the same problem the server in my sig is a lower packet flow get them to try to join if they can it is the firewall blocking packet flow

if you are getting loading screen and thats it after you join its your fire wall blocking your packet flow the server I have in my sig is set to a lower packet level try it
