I killed you cause you looked suspicous and over looking the town with your sniper rifle. you where in a ghille suit.. my friend had reported being shot at by a AS50 i went on the hill and i found you.. I lost my hero skin assuming you where a bandit :( When it came up "Murders: 1" i felt so bad :( i hope you got to retrive your gear and i dont know your name as the server doesnt show death tags. I later found and killed the bandit on Counter sniper hill.. The hill with the Barn. Im sorry. I know you where a hero due to the amount of Humanity i lost :(

Let me start by saying yes, I know its a hacked in weapon. So starting as a fresh spawn today I ran up the hill on a populated server and found myself a few dead bodies one of which had a AS50 TWS now normaly I'd hide the body and not take it but being a fresh spawn I said what the hell why not. Anyways now that I have used both the normal AS and the thermal sight AS I just wanted to say. While I agree it's "OP" due to the fact you can scan and find the smallest bit of white and know someone or something is there. How ever having said that for someone like me.. A hero I find it very hard to distinguish who to fire upon .. You can not tell if the guy your seeing on the thermal sight is a bandit or a hero. So while it's op in one sense for say a bandit who is going to kill anyone he sees I don't think it's the right weapon for someone who is only shooting those shooting others or those in bandit skins. Will be dropping this as soon as I find myself the regular AS50.

Is there a way to get rid of this 5 min unconciousness every time i log in? i was in shock and waited for the symbol to go.. as far as i know i wasnt in shock when i left the server.. but every time i log in now.. i have to wait 5 mins becasue im unconcious.

Its a crappy way to "die" or to lose my gear but the whole reason for me playing today was to .. die. My charater has been alive for 11 days and it was just getting so boring. lootin wasnt fun anymore cause i already had everything.. so i went to elec on a populated server to have bit of fun.. get my hands dirty if you will.. since i had all this stuff that i hadnt needed to use after about an hour in elec and hardly any action.. i decide to server swap to another serveer highly populated.. i load in and spawn in debug plains.. i dont think much of it.. load in next server.. on coast no gear no bag no nothing. still in my guillie suit however .. lol. Im not complaining abou the bug or anything it just sucks it had to end that way! remember i was wanting to feel free again but i would of rather been shot then lost it to a bug.

spawned in debug plains after joining a server.. the whole purpose of my gameplay today was to die.. ive been alive for about 10 days and its been boring ive aquired alot of sutff and hadnt evne had to use it.. so i went elec to have some fun before dying so i log on and get spawned in debug.. i dont think much of it. log out .. back in.. on the coast with not even a bag or a bandage.. however still in my guillie suit this has happen before so i make my way to where i logged out to find my "dead" body so i can loot it and have some fun for those of u who dont know if u spawn in debug and run to where u last were there is a deady body of u.. ANYWAYs. i run there i hear my flys.. lookin around looking around.. i find nothing.. i highly doubt someone has hid my body.. but yep nothing to be found only flys.. im not to angry about it as i wanted to die and start fresh.. however this is not the way i intended it to go.. ugh ohwells hah

So.. ive been alive for 10 days. i ahve everything. AS50, L8, All the tools except radio. And im just so bored so i figure its time to die.. i go to elec on a full server.. 38/50 players. i figure why not use the weapons ive found over the last few dyas before i die.. i have a scout around few zombies out.. someones clearly in town.. i look around town for about 30 mins on a 38/50 server.. and do not see one person! UGH. i dont wanna just die for no reason.. i just wanna use my equipment!

the 8 servers on my favorites list are all greyed out. i refreshed my dayz commander it finds 4870 servers. about 10 of them are white and playable. Everything is update to date. ive checked and checked again.. and then double checked. Ive tried everything i can think of.. im thankful i still have 10 servers i can play on.. but my Favourites.. the ones with my hidden vehicles and tents are greyed out.. and im not sure what 2 do? I guess i just wanna know if its me or dayz commander.. or the server.

Why are all my servers greyed out on dayz commander? everything is up to date and the sever is even displaying 2.6 but are still greyed out. All of them! i have filter set to filter out dated servers out.. everything is greyed out i wanna play damn it! any ideas?

So i was driving around lastnight on my ATV.. was driving off road looking for some heli crash sites! the ATV flipped from NOTHING.. as if i went over a bridge.. just shot up in to the air.. after a good 15-20 mins tryin to flip it back.. got fed up cause it just wasnt working and just logged .. while still on the ATV every server i join now even the one with out the ATV im stuck in the ground and cant move :( only my top half is showing my legs are in the ground.. Any way to fix this or am i gonna need to die?

yeh man i tried. they seem to have fixed that as well.. it let me get in game and just had a text across the screen saying that the server was out of date and to download the updated version and had a link there.. all the time while i was in game

i tried everything in the book! to flip it back.. and it didnt. This is the one time i wished they didnt fix the spawnin on coast bug after joining a outdated server Lol :(

Just updated to 2.6 every server i join. "Battle eye failed to update" Now what?

Soo.. Just battle logged for the first time but for good reason. Was running around with a friend in berezino looking for wheels and the like to fix the ATV we found. We hear a couple gun shots nothing out of the ordinary its a populated server we wernt worried just played a bit more cautious and safe. We continue looking for said parts when we hear a crackle over the mic but nothing was said.. someone is close. We call friendly we hear a shot but continue to call friendly i manage to spot him.. he starts shootin me (hes in a bandit skin) i return fire with me L8 he doesnt flitch.. i see blood coming from him but hes just taking it like a man! 30 bullets from my L8 pretty close range and he isnt dead not even broken legs. My friend is over in the distance also shooting nothing is happening. He breaks my legs and i log assuming hacker Because this guy is invincible. Is this acceptable or not? Post your stories.

Are sandbag fences bullet proof? ive done some testing with the L8 and silenced M4 but im worried to shoot big as50 thru it in fear of killing my friend?

so just got 1 hit by a zombie on steps.. broke my legs i fell down glitched out instant death on steps.. i asked the person im playing with to gaurd me while i start the 40 min walk back to my body to retrive all my gear.. m107.. M4A1.. alot of other goodies... and then he dies as well no warning.. no sounds of someone walkin on the steps or anything.. this wouldnt be the first time ive had to start all over again due to glitches! yes i know its in alpha but fuck i didnt think some of these glitches would be so game changing.. i just lost a 3 week old charater due to fucking glitch.. yeh its jsut a game but im pissed.. i had so many good gear. gah. fix this shit.

Will cows/goats/sheep spawn if the server is night time? i want me some STEAK!

So the barracks and any important building are a fair walk away mostly hospitals/barracks/supermarkets.. Im aussie som sometimes i have to play on american servers as there isnt many servers for us Australians to paly on.. Sometimes i get kicked for "ping to high" after been running to a barracks or a hospital for over 30 mins.. and when i go pick a new server cause ping is to high im spawns back on the coast .. to start my trek again.. anyway to stop this or anyone know any additional imformation or anything! its getting really dumb and its making me wanna stop playing. :(
