ok, how would i tell if those are compatible for my laptop?

is there any other solutions anyone can think of? other then buying an entire computer?

Well I didnt delete of my own will... Im playing this game on my bros laptop and he said it was slowing down his laptop so I did some research and so far from wat i can tell in forums ive read it does, but i could be wrong

I had skype and my computer ran slower the day after so I deleted it

well Im only planning to play the dayz mod not any other PC games if that changes any of your opinions

Thx for the advice but I dont plan to play any games other then this on the PC Im more of a xbox 360 guy and for me to spend thousands of dollars on a sicko gaming pc for 1 game seems more of a waste then to just trip out the laptop I hav at the moment All Im asking is will this game run smoothly if i trip out my laptop? Yeah I already got everything in game as low as possible, I had figured since this is basically the only thing ive downloaded on to this laptop it would work smoothly but i guess not. If anyone is still reading this post do any of you think upgrading the parts I have will make it work better?

Something like that happened to me when I first started and it was hell to figure out... I would help you but I already forgot wat to do to fix it... You should go on youtube thats how I figured it out. Atleast thats how I think I figured it out. :)

Hey I got this game a couple days ago and it been giving me problems from the start. This is the first game Ive tried for PC and I now its a mod but from the videos of other players it seems as if im the only one having this trouble... Since I got the game Ive been trying to find ways to make it run faster and yet it still does not compare to other peoples speed. I dont think i should need to put everything as low as possible and still have lag when coming upon a forest or large town. If anybody is looking for help or can help me find a solution I would really appreciate it. I plan to check this post often so if you post something and wait a moment I'll probly reply and tell you if Ive already tried that.

OK so i fixed virtually ALL of my lag! EXCEPT now every like 30 secs my picture will freeze for a few secs Ive only tried 1 server so far but I have a feeling it will continue if I do not fix it myself... If anyone has this problem or any problem with lag and/or has fixed it post here so we might all be able to figure it out! Like the old saying go's 2 heads are better then 1, i can only imagine 3,4,5,6, or more can only help further!!!

I fixed the majority of my lag through hours of youtube videos but i could give u links to the best ones i found if u want

im not even sure wat my specs are im not that into computers this is the first game ive played online, if u tell me how to look at my specs i will glady do it :)

what do you mean by computer and connection spec?

im not good with computers like at all, this is the longest ive spent on one but i have 371 GB free right now, isnt that alot of memory and my laptop is only like 3 years old. i dont kno wat it takes to run certain games but i always that it dealt more in your connection and the amount of space it had...
