    Lost everything when I spawned.

    This just happened to me also. I logged into US 814 and my character launched into the debug plains...(also came up at the bottom of the screen i had been killed). I quickly logged out of there and logged into US 132 (a server that we regularly use). Now my entire inventory is gone. I don't have a single thing on me........
