I am having problems using six launcher. 99% of servers I try to join give me the message "Warning: This server seems to be outdated, do you want to join anyway?" Is there anyway of fixing this? If I join the server will I retain my equipment?

I've been playing a female for a couple of days now but it wont let me wear the ghillie suit or camo clothing. I'm assuming they just haven't created the model or something. Looking forward to the update that fixes it though
