I would like to see a single player mode for people who want a more immersive and relaxed DayZ experience. It cant actually be "our story" when you keep getting sniped over and over or someone logs off and logs in inside your base. I would like a way to save the game while in single player mode.

L85s need to be removed or nerfed tremendously. My squad uses them and you need to hack to kill us. They are completely over powered. As for the OPs thread. No. Dont change the backpacks. There is no reason for it.

Or any of the other millions of items around your house that weight as much as a 10 pennies. For instance i use a pencil jammed in. But im sure taking the time to glue 10 pennies together and waiting for them to dry and then clean up takes far less time... ok sorry my /sarcasm key is stuck... used ten pennies to hold it down.... :rolleyes:

This is bullshit, because my ban and many others had theirs reversed within just a few hours. BE needs to get there shit together and stop making up crap. I used no hacks/programs/scripts and got a ban. Its random banning from a company that doesnt know there shit. Plain and simple.

Well shit in that case shut down Dayz completely and bam, hacker problem fixed.

Add a proper sight to it (reflex, reddot, or low zoom scope) and let us carry more then 1 bolt per slot and id use it often til i found a SD weapon. I actually carry one for night town raids when i cant find a higher end weapon.

Like i said, ive never even heard of them before dayz. And i will not be purchasing dayz if battleye is involved in anyway. This is just to much of a hassle.

Same here i got banned after the update on another server. US 2579, friends got kicked i got global ban. Sent info to battleeye already. But i will say this, as fun as Dayz is, I will not purchase it if you use battleeye as your antihack tool. 4 friends of mine now have been hit with global bans for no reason during updates or checks from them (which were removed btw). They are garbage and their customer support takes weeks. PLEASE do not use them. Ill gladly pay 60 bucks for the game if you use a decent antihack tool that doesnt do random bans on ENTIRE SERVERS.

Ive been in customer support for over 8 years now. And never once would it be tolerated to speak to someone like this. The part you quoted in no way shape or form warrented this type of response. We the users of the forums are warned for this kind of behavior. To see it coming from staff is completely unacceptable. And this isnt the first post of yours that has made me upset. If i ever once spoke to someone who was berating me over the phone because they broke something, i'd be searching for a new job. Do i expect this from forums users? Yes. Well if its part of the game to grief others, and spawn camp them to the point they dont even want to play anymore i dont see this game going far as a standalone. Im all for PVP, but someone with a 50 cal. camping spawn zones on the coast isnt banditry. Its simple douchebaggitry. I have resorted to banditry once, i was low on health and food, asked a guy if he had food, he said yes but it was his last can. I waited for him to turn his back and bashed his skull in with my hatchet. Told him it was nothing personal. Just needed to eat. I didnt go back and camp him while he spawned again. Matter of fact i didnt even see him again the entire session. But when you sit there and camp spawns its a whole nother thing. I watched my friend play and he got spawn camped over and over by a chopper. Dead before his screen loaded his position. This isnt fun. He also quit the game btw and he and i played darkfall together for 2 years. So hes not a carebear. Its turning the the point where you see newbie chars going to empty servers to gear up and meet others. Sad thing is, there are more and more empty servers. Wonder why. I do agree with no pvp the game will get boring. But i say we give new spawns a 10-20 sec invul timer. Enough time to get to cover or the tree line. Pvp needs to be balanced. Also like i said, most people get pissed over the fact they loose all there shit when they die. Hell sometimes i even log off when i lose a ton of good gear. I log back on later and go back to it. But if you only lost a few items, or your backpack when you died then i think the harsh reality of the game will ease up abit.

Why not just remove full loot? I mean thats what everyone is really really worried about. Give your pack items a percentage to be dropped and lootable but make equiped items non lootable. If you want a certain gun, get off your ass and go find it. Also full loot is extreme since there are tons of bugs that can get you killed and at the same time we still have a hacker problem.

So technically i really dont give a shit what the mods are tired of. The game was great for the first few weeks. Now the game is reamed by fucktards who either grief you (and i mean just camp your spawn locations), or just script there way to awesomeness. And yes im still playing because i dont give a shit about all that, the hackers and the bandits. I find the game fun. But i am getting sad as all my friends arent as thick skinned as i am and bone out when some ass insta kills them.

Funny last night i got bored so i decided to go bandit with a new character. I walked up to another survivor in Chern, he yelled "Friendly" over direct. He had a pistol think it was a m1911. I had an hatchet. I replied "Im not" and bashed his face in and took his stuff. Just for shits and giggles. Never once did i think "OMIGOSH! Noaw i must wear dah towel of shame! This is ruining my play stylez!!!11one11!juan!". No, because if your a cold blooded twat monkey, your one with a towel on your head or not. And the towel should signal survivors to "drop all there shit and run, and i might miss you with my enfield as you scurry to the tree line." I dont know, i helped another guy right after that to get food and soda. Never did i worry about the towel of doom. Oh and yes, the guy i killed did come back looking for me a few hours later. Funny he somehow knew i was the guy who gave his face a makeover with my axe, even though i didnt have a towel on my head.

The truth is ive learned not to get attached to my gear. Sure i have a decent alice pack and a nice rifle plus some tools. But i expect to lose it at any minute since i tend to be loner (most of the people around are shoot first loot later kinda people). As for the hackers, yea. Thats annoying. If someone pops me from 200 yards with a decent weapon, i shrug accept it and go back to work. For me this is a way to hone my skill in paintball scenarios/SHTF RL scenarios. Plus when i die i get back decent stuff within a few hours. But main point is, dont get attached to your gear. You ARE going to lose it at some point. Either by hacker, bandit twat monkey, or a glitch in the game/engine.

Yup streaming on the internet is a sure way to make it speed up. :rolleyes:
