I'm playing the 1.7.1.1 patch and I've yet to find a water bottle! I'm down to my last can of pepsi that I got off a zed, it don't look promising... -
I've also got a ghillie suit in my backpack but not sure to put it on or not, clarification on this issue would be nice.

I am aware that Bohemia Interactive do a Steam version via their website. I presume that's what you bought. You do need to download both games and have them in the same folder in order for it to work. It is then called Combined Operations, as long as you do that you should be fine bud.
