  1. Good day to you sir or madam and thanks for stopping by! Are you new to the world of DayZ? Have you trouble finding your way around Chernarus? Can't you decide which direction you want to go and have you no clue on where to find the action and items you so desperately desire? Then perhaps I can be at your service. I am running a video guide to DayZ, which is (almost) constantly being updated on Youtube. This guide takes you to places in DayZ you may not have been to before and also comments on where you should go and where you should stay away from in your area of the map. (I also make videos which are not necessarily guides, but perhaps you could finde them useful/amusing anyway) Link: I hope you find this post useful. I wish you a happy time in the Chernarus and I hope that your survival attempt may last long.
  2. Hello everyone. My name is Arvidsky and I've created some video guides for DayZ. I have made a series of videos about different places in the game and where to find the loot, what to be aware of and etc. You could call it something like a guide to DayZ and you would be close to the name of the actual series. It is called "The DayZ Tourist Guide" and as just told, features many of the more or less important places of the game so you can create a picture on where you would like to go and which areas that are worth checking out within your range. This is the link to the playlists, which also features some other, less guiding videos of DayZ. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful.
  3. Hello everyone. My name is Arvidsky (ingame) and I'm looking for people to group up with. The teamwork should be based on having fun and perhaps creating chaos, well actually our operations could be about anything we would find funny to do (if you have wild ideas, bring 'em into the group). Requirements: You must not be a totalt noob, some skills are required, especially in working under stress (including being able to distinguish those who are on your side and the enemy) and it would definetly be nice if you can actually hit something with your firearm. I will "inspect" all who apply to the team individually, to see whether they are fit or not for the actions we are going to perform. (This will be done swiftly, so don't be scared about this requirement.) So far the team consists of me and from one to three of my friends. We are not interested in creating a clan, since they often involve strickt rules about how you should behave and how often you should be online and we are also not creating a clan because clans often focus on getting the best gear and surviving for as long as possible, while we are perhaps more interested in just having a good time, perhaps with some Enfields and Winchesters or even hatchets. (The gear may not even be relevant for what we set out to do, again it is up to the members of the team to decide what we wish to accomplish. Such things could be invading Electro or finding some dangerous headquarter and make a stand or finding a boat and make a naval invasion of some place. It is all up to us.) My friends and I are all located in the time zone GMT+1 and we usually play in the afternoon or in the evening. You are not required to be in the same time zone as us, but it would be preferable if you are not too far ahead/behind of our time. We generally use Skype for communication where we voicechat. It is therefore necessary for you to have a working microphone. (English is the language which will be spoken, no other languages should be spoken in our chat.) If you want to see how I play, you can check out my youtube channel and my playlist My DayZ Links: http://www.youtube.com/user/arvidsky?feature=mhee If you have some questions or wish to join our team, you can contact me on [email protected].
