Private hives have single handedly close to destroyed the mod, they are awsome for cutting down hacker deaths and roll backs. Unfortunatly people see them as a way to make others play their nooby version of dayz instead of giving a hackfree experience on vanilla which is the only real value of them. It makes me laugh every other thread i see says i have an awsome server you spawn with nvg and sniper rifle, theres a car or chopper round every corner and we reboot every 3 hours so theres never any chopper crashes, i dont understand why i have no players HELP. Sounds lucky to me that rocket appears to be a decent skill level player, not another donkey game maker who thinks everything should be retard easy, otherwise the sa would surely be a failure. This is supposed to be a hardcore survival sim, and anything that allows server owners to create a utopia should be blocked and shunned, they way private hives have been able to take players out of bonifide rooms to their trash ones is nothing short of a travesty. Devs tell the 90% of players who want it easy to get VD and die, they will still buy it after crying for a few days about how hard it is.

Hotshot are you playing vanilla main hive servers or some modded joke private ones?

On the vid difference in sound level between music and voices is too big, when i pressed play i instantly jammed the volume up because i thought it was just a quiet vid then the voices blared out like hell. While watching the vid it seems like your playing name plate on servers only, any kill with nameplates on is pathetic and seriously reduces the overall quality of the vid. Aside from those things i liked it, gl with your vids.

Iv always thought that loot should only spawn in servers if there is 10 or more players in it. The problem is getting worse not better as most players have left the game fed up of hacker deaths so now theres more 0 and 1 person servers than ever before, you could cut them down by 90% and everyone who wants to play could find a slot np.

Lollol thats what i thought, how the fuck have you survived 5 minutes in the bush at nwaf with a gash gun when everyone has thermal and can pound you from 1500 meters away, i normally find nwaf is like a ghost town these days everyone is at the beach. Pretty funny your thinking they dont know how lucky they are not to get shot when someone is likely looking at you thinking exactly the same thing haha.

You can no longer claim it is only that it WAS, when theres more high tie than low tier gear floating around. Adding 50 tws then removing it later is a really really dumb idea, the majority of players wont use the forums and dont even know its banned and they are all over the maps on bodies and tents. Adjusting the opening list of weapons is just such a massive no no, on the removal side(adding more is ok). Im with op and believe all weapons should be spawned in from here as balance is no longer an issue and its crippling new players. You cant just say its for balancing reasons then stick your head in the sand when the balance is gone due to unfixed bugs. The best way to restore the balance is likely to just add a thermal scope loot in barracks which you can then apply to any gun you find with a suitable rail size in the same manner you apply a ghillie to your person, but then that would mean some coding oh nos:D Im not saying the stand alone should be like this only that you need to make the alpha a new balance if you want new starters to play for more than an hour in which they get sniped 5 times then go buy bf.

Maybe you were in a .4 at first and need to do it in reverse? You do have the .5 patch right? Has worked without fail for me since .5 was released (or shall we say bugged without fail) not once or twice either like 12-15 times. Make sure your not joining private hive rooms obv. Try it a few more times, and if you dont get it i will come and kill you and cover your stuff till you get back to collect it.

Not even needed, when those too things are fixed the items will dry up quickly over a 7 days period as bandit hunters with higher skill level than the noob killers splat and hide their bodies again and again. The problem of course is if they were going to fix those two things they would have done it already no? They clearly either are not capable enough or couldnt give a fuck about them.

This is the beginning of the end for many survivors bro dont do it!
