[ZD] Insertcoins

Well, I figured out what the problem was. I can join the server if I start the game via dayzcommander (by joining another random server), exiting the server lobby and use the ingame serverlist to join. If I start arma2 via steam or any other way, it says I have the wrong arma2 beta to join. Weird, but what the heck, I can play regardless. Sorry to who ever had a tent under the docks, but I'll make sure your ak will be well taken care off :blush:

Did you change something in the server since yesterday? I can't connect as of today..

Could be that they are logging in.

Logged in last night for a whopping 2 minutes, my ping was going banana's cause of my flatmate was streaming a soccer game. Anyhow, will be back again, those 2 minutes gave me a great vibe. I love sidechannel.

I found two cans of "the dew" in an hour of looting. Needless to say my run didn't last long, got killed only minutes after. That stuff is cursed.

Is it just me or do z's spawn insanely fast? Like a killed z replaced instantly by two more it seems.

Well, the last (few) weeks the spawnrate was relatively slow in that you could clear out a site and loot in peace. Right now it's just not worth the ammo

nope, g17 in front of a shed in the middle of nowhere, after 1 minute of running around and screaming I had 21 zombies pouring out of the shed

chatting via steam/skype whatever is basically like using handsignals in combat (or whispering or radio walkietalkie), you can tell your partner what you intend to do without the other side knowing about it. Alt+F4 on the other hand is just disappearing into thin air, not really realistic.

direct channel is for people near you (+-80 mtr), group is lobby and vehicle is self evident.
