    If I'm not mistaken someone did a mood which made some kind of artifical electrical-grid that covered a couple of major cities in Chernarus. Just make sure that it is a real hassle to repair the powerplant. Logging in one evening and seeing one of the good gangs has started to clean up and fortify Elektro..
