This is the bug reporting forum, right? <_< I figure the more people that report a bug, the quicker it gets fixed!

I guess my point was... shouldn't it not let me put it in the bag if it doesn't fit? Like when I try to fill my water bottle in the ocean, it tells me I need to be near a pond or well.

I had just respawned and made a mad dash for Cherno. Made it ok, lost the tailing zombies, and began to scavenge. Found a hatchet, some other misc. gear, time to move on. I walk out, agro a zombie, start running. Seconds later, I run too close to a crawling zombie (never saw the mother...) He swings, I break my leg and go unconscious, game over.

I had a similar problem in that same barn. I did not try to unequip my weapon, but I found a crossbow in that barn and wanted to keep it. I put it in my backpack, and it disappeared. There just so happened to be a second crossbow in this same barn, so I did the same thing... with the same result.

I too have been experiencing this problem. However, I was believing that my issue was that I was having difficulty logging into certain servers, and even having to Task Manager my way off the "Loading" screen. Each time I did that, when I did get back into the game, I spawned at the coast. Probably happened 5 times this weekend.

Just want to add in that I too am still having this problem. I installed 1.7.2.5 yesterday and had this problem again in downtown Cherno (near the war monuments.)

Me and my friend had this happen to us last night, too. We both had it. These fixes are all great, and I'm sure will work, but it won't work when you're getting chased by the undead, which is exactly when it started for me last night. I hope they patch this soon.
