I read alot about KOS. But I've been wandering around with my second spawn since launch. I got this life at day 2 from launch (60 hours or so). I mainly hang out in the north between both AF's. But I also visited hot spots like the big cities more then once on populated servers. I've been surviving solo and with groups. I've shot bandits and helped newspawns so it isn't like I am hiding all time. Experimenting on different clothing to see wich tend to look more thrustworthy etc etc. Am I that lucky?

Have u tried relog? Sometimes the compass is glitched. It can be fixed with relog.

It will be more countries then the ones you mentioned. The countries you name have forbidden violence. Cannibalism will have more impact then just hard violence. I don't agree with the bans but it isn't a important feature to me so I suggest not implenting this. I don't see the point either because there is plenty of food. If they would reduce the food to encourage cannibalism then this game turns in to a PvP-only game after all. Because then cannibalism would be the only way too play this game and that means everbody does need to kill ppl. This is a zombie-apocalyse that killed most of the humans not a big natural disaster like in the movie "The Road". Most of the ppl died and nature is still providing food. Less ppl but same resources means there is no need for cannibalism.

If the devs want keep selling their product they shouldn't. There are alot of countries that would ban DayZ for this.

Just don't dress up like every bandit newspawn killing military noob (90% of the time also wearing a gasmask). They gave us the option to make different appearances why do you want to look the same? For camo reasons you can where lots of different stuff other then the high end mil stuff.

Such a difference when going out with a group. If we come across ppl they run or comply very easy. Still we want ppl to communicate. No mic means almost certain death. Why some ppl still don't have a mic puzzles me...

It is not sad. Without prejudgement ppl would go crazy. The brain has to cathegorize otherwise it can not proces all info of everyday life.

I wouldn't either but ppl do judge others on their appearance. It's human nature it is a subconsciously proces in the brain that I think can not be turned off completely. That first fraction of second of hesitation could give me the time to convince somebody I am friendly.
