I would like to apply for *AFS*. I am a decent driver, I know the map off by heart and I'm a truthful and caring player... I have been in 2 past DayZ clans and I am hoping that AFS can be a worthwhile experience for me. I am a more of a sniper then an assault rifle person.

Hey guys, my mate the_friendly_bandit and I have come up with an idea to host a clan on standard DayZ servers. The requirements needed to join (No$) are: Must be 13 years or older. Must be Australian or American. Must be on DayZ from 1-2 hours a day. Must have Skype or some form of communication software. Must have been playing DayZ for more than a month. You need to have substantial camping and strategy skills. If you think that you meet all these requirements then either comment back on this topic or send either me or the friendly bandit a message saying that you would like to join the clan. Please try not to show much hate and be nice in the comments section...

Hey guys, I was searching the web for new ways of fixing the spawn glitch and the faint glitch. These glitches have occured to me many times and my mate just figured out how to stop it. The problem is everytime when you force quit the dayz mod application it automatically spawns you to the coast on the next server you go on. This is also the problem when it comes to the fainting glitch. I had this bug for quite a while and I was frustrated that everytime i spawned I would have to wait 10 more mins to get back up. So for all you players out there that need help thats my advice... everytime you leave a server from now on make sure you disconnect properly and not Alt F4 the application / force quit!

The problem with the spawn glitch is that ever since the new update popped up for DayZ, everyone has been getting this spawn glitch because of the force quit problem. Whenever someone is stuck on the loading screen they usually Alt-F4 the application. Because of this problem everyone has now been spawning on the coast. I have been playing for two days for and I haven't been spawning on the coast and I haven't even Alt-F4'd it. If you do get stuck on the loading screen press the Alt-tab button to hide the application and open another dayz program. Once you have done this and entered the game close the one that is frozen. Hope this works :) Beans?

Have you changed your video settings lately... cause if you haven't then maybe it is the patch because i have been getting a really bad FPS aswell

Are you on the latest update 1.7.2.5... cause I think that if your on version 1.7.2.4 then it might happen all the time. I have the same problem but it can also be different reasons like the server you went on wasn't backing up your character probably. I know how it feels im sort of in the same position :)

I think you have a invalid version of the DayZ mod... have you tryed starting all over with the @DayZ folder. IF you have then I think your only option is probably starting from scratch and getting another copy of arma 2 combined operations :(

Maybe you should delete your @DayZ folder and start all over again...

To tell you the truth, if there are hackers or cheaters on the server that im playing on I seriously dont mind as long as they don't go ahead and teleport me to them and shoot me on the spot. If they use there hacks in a positive way and not against others then ill be fine with that! :)

AT the moment there is no new hero skin... but in the up coming days they are thinking about releasing a new patch which will have a new bandit and hero skin :)
