Chibiterasu1999

So I've spent hours on this forum and i still cant fix it. Every time i try to run it it says Bad serial number given during setup. I've restarted and everything. It just doesn't work. Will someone please help? I have ArmA II and ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead but it just doesn't work... >.< >:( >:( >:(
