I took your advice and after looking it over I decided to get the Gigabyte GT 440 I ordered it today and hopefully I will get it by Wednesday or Thursday. I want to thank you for helping me decide on a card that I can play Dayz on :D

anyone else can agree or disagree that this video card would help me on playing DayZ?

I'm prefectly fine with low settings :D right now i'm running a Geforce 8400GS and DayZ is barely playable on a low settings, like my FPS is around 15 when i play with the 8400GS

Hi everyone new user here. Just downloaded arma2 combined operations and wanted to play the dayz mod. Well once I get in I'm having huge issues with my FPS. I already tried everything in the guide how to set up your graphics properly and I had a barely noticeable difference in improvement. I used a website a friend recommended me called http://www.systemrequirementslab.com to see if I meet the requirements. I met all the requirements except for my video card which confuses me. Min. requirement for dayz it says "Minimum: NVIDIA GeForce 7800 / ATI Radeon X1800 with Shader Model 3 and 256 MB VRAM or faster" word for word You Have: GeForce 8400GS is what I have. Then it says: Features: Minimum attributes of your Video Card Pixel Shader version 3.0 is required and 4.0 is what I have Vertex Shader version 3.0 is required and 4.0 is what I have Dedicated Video RAM 256MB is required and 1.0GB is what I have So do I meet the min. requirements or no? and is there anything I can do to help my FPS. Oh yea I also used Gamebooster and but there's no difference Please and thank you for anyone that can help me. Also I just got this video card recently before I knew about arma2 or dayz.
