Hey everyone! I'm currently looking for a DayZ buddy... again (why do these always leave me?! :unsure: ). I am looking for someone that is lighthearted and won't take the game too seriously. I will also be playing the game without any glitches, exploits, or hacks, so I expect you to do the same. If you join, we will be taking a generally anti-bandit approach. Although, if someone is attacking, well... you know what to do... I need someone with a Skype and a decent enough microphone. A nice internet connecting would be preferred. Please read this whole post, as there is a lot of important info! Hey everyone, Nerdy Otter here! I'm about to start a new group for DayZ. It's not going to be like every other group though. It's going to be a role-play group! What I mean by that is... You know what? Rather than explaining it all, here's the Wikipedia page on role-playing. Basically, we're all going to have to assume our own character roles. My character's name currently is Markus. He doesn't remember anything about his past. He was just washed up on the beach, with nothing but a note telling him his name. If you want to learn more about him, I've created a Wordpress blog for him. It acts as his journal. Give it a read! It'll add to the experience. We will be accepting new members that are 12-years-old and up, so don't worry too much about age. If you show that you can be mature enough to handle yourself, and you can follow by our rules, you should have no problem getting into our group. Before signing up, you should think of a character. What's their story? What kind of personality do they have? This will make the process of signing up much faster. You will also have to create a new character in DayZ for the sake of role-play! I am a 13-year-old kid living in Washing state. I understand that some people will have a problem with my age, so that's why I'm posting this section. Although, despite my age, I'm very mature. Don't be fooled by the voice, as most are. It's taken a while to get here, hasn't it? If it hasn't, you should probably go back and read it again. If it has, congratulations! Hey everyone, Nerdy Otter here! I am currently attempting to start a DayZ let's play, and I've noticed something very important that I don't have: a partner. If you look at most of the DayZ let's plays, you will see that they are at least two people playing. The reason for this is that DayZ is a very tedious game. Most of it is just looting. If you only have one person, the gameplay can become very bland in certain areas. So, what am I going to do about my problem? Well, I figured "Hey, why not just hop on the forums and see who's interested". If you want to join me, you're more than welcome to. Hello everyone, Markus here! Terrible news: I just washed up on a large island! Yeah, I know, that sounds bad. You want to know what's even worse? There are zombies!
