Because everyone misses eventually. Less, if you play on a newbie server that tells you the exact range. People can still make sudden movements. Unless you only take sure shots. If you're forced to only take sure shots so you don't miss, that's a bad thing as well.

Just make it so that it's not annoying for bandit groups. (Constant super-high heartbeat when you're close to your buddies...). Or can be heard from too far. Anything that punishes hiding is bad (wait! I heard my heartbeat! Somebody's behind that door!). If so, YES. -
Because it's nice to be able to follow up with a shot when you eventually miss? M24 is just as accurate and has zeroing.

This is why I kill people who've just spawned. Don't want to lose all my stuff just to get headshot from a Makarov. With this change, I'd let people follow me just for the fun. ... Although I imagine lots of people would 'experiment' with these people that don't have guns. Shoot their legs, lure zombies to them, knock them unconscious with empty tincans etc... but I don't think that'd be a very large majority. And it'd at least be different from getting killed on sight. -

Meh. Doesn't fix or change anything. The optimized way to play after respawning is to just run straight to barns/buildings and quickly get yourself a weapon. If you die, no biggie, rinse and repeat. Not like you lost anything. Continue until you find a weapon (shouldn't really take more than one try), then play normally.

YES, but only if the flies/crows can't be spotted from a distance (i.e make you easier to see if you're trying to hide). -

I still don't understand what function the wipe would serve? No wipe = people still die all the time = get to test the new stuff. Wipe = does not tell rocket or us anything since there'd be huge amounts of people on the coast, will only last for a short while before it goes back to how it'd be with "no wipe."

What would be the purpose of a wipe? Someone with the best gear can be killed by a shot from Makarov.

My thoughts exactly. It'll at least stop them from doing it in some scenarios. Thinking about it, at least 1/3 of the people disconnecting on me would have been fucked by this change.

The irony when you fail to read the OP and act like a retard. The OP is not complaining about the food/drink levels dropping; he's saying there's a bug where they get REFRESHED i.e they are FULL when relogging.

A definite maybe. Shooting the unarmed guy is easy food/water: I wouldn't do it if I didn't need those badly, but some will. Some will just do it for target practice. I'd let the unarmed guy tag along probably, but the second they get a weapon (not hard unless you tweak weapon spawns) they're a threat just like anyone else. However -- since you've been with that guy for a long time, you've "bonded", even if only a bit. Makes it less likely to murder eachother when a gun is found. YES (I guess)
