In my experience, this just happens if you play with the wrong beta patch. So the server is on another version as you are.

What are those hackers doing? Like killing everyone without even seeing them or blowing up the whole camp?

Well, I'm looking for someone to kill me! I'm stuck with being unconcious, because i got shot in the moment the server restarted. This hourglass runs empty, but nothing happens. Waiting since about an hour now for someone to find and kill me, but it seems like I'm hidden good! And there's the problem. I'm somewhere in this industrial area in Cherno, quite at the start of it when coming from the road leading to Elektro. I'm lying right beneath a little wall and behind me is one of those little guarding posts. Right now im at DE 1813. If you want me to change servers, PM me So, if you've got nothing to do, just search and kill me, I'd be grateful if you could :P
