My server has been open for a week and a lot of my players have been telling me they haven't seen any vehicles spawns at all. Any ideas?

Does anyone know how to save the server config with a hosting service? I googled all last night and couldn't figure it out, so I'm afraid to reset my server.

Also without a restart to objects respawn on the ground after someone has cleaned them up?

Well I meant more so that people say they lose stuff when they restart. I read that you need to save the server before restarting.

I can't seem to pick up ANY backpacks off the ground. They don't even show up on the menu when I hover over it. Any idea how to fix this?

Im noticing my server is empty from my phone which is abnormal as people have been in it all day. Is anyone able to join it?

I noticed it was somehow stopped and I did not stop the server.

My server was hacked where they mass teleported all of my players and then killed us all. Is there anyway for us to locate a name somewhere in the logs for this? And is there a way I can try to prevent shit like this in the future?

Well now all of a sudden no one can enter and it keeps kicking me off with the message battleeye: Script Restriction 90

I'm not exactly sure what to look for in this thing. It's a lot of gibberish to me.

Hello HA admins, I just wanted to point out that my server was listed in the control panel after you activated it and now it has vanished. I submitted a ticket and made several responses and such and I have no clue what's going on. I just want my server to be up and running so I have a stable place to play. Ticket number #104126 Thank you, and I hope this can be resolved, I have already paid for the server and what not, If you could push back my bill date to when the server ACTUALLY starts running that would be great.

So I'm having some issue where no one can seem to get past the loading screen on my server. I have a server through Host Altitude used the update manager to update to 1.7.2.5 and the BattleEye fix 55. I have no clue what's going on all I know is my server hasn't worked once since I got it from them. I just want to be able to use my server, and after it gets fixed I'm sure the company will do great, but as of right now I am absolutely lost.

Well it seems it works now that I used the 1.7.2.4 patch instead of 1.7.2.5, so I'll have to keep this until I can figure out why non of the randoms could get past the loading screen. I have no idea if they were using the .4 viewer or not.

Going to try to revert it back to 1.7.2.4 and see if I am able to connect.

I am able to connect using the in game browser but it doesn't move past the loading screen.

US 2166 btw.

Welp, as I expected Sunday and still cannot get this server working. Still getting the "An Error has occurred while creating the task." Message. This is incredibly discouraging.

So my server's up now, but I can't get past the loading screen after you select squad. I also get kicked whenever I try to login to the server admin.

I guess I'll find out in a few hours if they do stuff with the company on the weekends.

Well, I've already been waiting 4 days, and paid for it so im not ready to give up quite yet. Plus I know they're probably stressed with the tickets they get. I've had good experienced on their hosted servers if I am unhappy when it gets online the. I'll seek elsewhere.

That was the first thing I tried to do.

Can't install anything I just get error messages when I try.
