    They must not check the ticket's very often or something, I think I remember reading they only work on stuff from like GMT+1-3.

    I have no idea what to look for on my side, all I know is I can't start the server. Oh and I don't see the EXE files in my directories either.

    I wonder if all the HostAltitude servers are acting up right now.

    Yep same here, though I closed an older one and opened a new one since I didn't have any replies on the old one. Granted I sent like a crap ton of spam, unfortunately. I know they're under staffed but I just want to have my server running, like everyone else. Is yours Dallas based?

    Have you also submitted a ticket?

    I've been on servers these guys host and they are quality and such, but the waiting is killing me. Going to work 8 hours in hopes I'll be on my server after work for 4 days isn't exactly fulfilling.

    Yeah the same goes for me, this has been happening since I signed up. I haven't even been able to use my server yet and I signed up like at 1:30am on tuesday.

    Did it just get shut off? Or did you change a config file?

    Well my server WAS up and now it's in ERROR status again.

    And now it's back but says error in status again =/
