    Simply put, controllable searchlights on helicopters and cars would be amazing, i mean NVG's will do the same thing for the guy in the vehicle, but the fear factor is not even close to the same. if someone lit me up from the sky id be very very scared.. and imagine a car driving along at night, scanning the forest with a searchlight.. it just adds to an already very tense situation.
