  1. For an alpha version that represents slightly more than what we have currently I'd probably pay $10-15. For the final version, considering Iron Front: Liberation1944 is only $30, I'd be surprised if it was much more than that and I'm not sure I'd pay any more for it though it's hard to say considering I don't know what is in the final product.
  2. On further thought I'm actually more of a mix of lawful neutral and true neutral.

    Play what you paid for

It's not necessarily quite as straightforward as that. The whole kill on sight policy that people have mentioned they've adopted suggests that other play-styles can dictate to some degree how the game is played.

    PvP vs PvE

I’m not immediately convinced by this simply because I don’t think there is any one thing that makes Dayz ‘great’. One of the cool things about games is that a lot of people can play the same game and get enjoyment from it for very different reasons. A risk of forcing everyone to play together is that due to conflicting play-styles some people will, in the act of enjoying the game, spoil the enjoyment of others. Personally I think this is a bad thing but likely also something that is not easy to solve. I’d be interested to know what percentage of the current player base is actually playing the game for the experience originally envisaged by Rocket.

    PvP vs PvE

I torn on this. Personally I have no interest in PvP in Dayz, the survival element of the game is far more compelling. However I think the fact that people are/can be a threat very much adds to the experience and atmosphere in the game. I do hope the the game and community matures to the point where both can co-exist but if not then I think the best option is to provide choice, cater to both and let the players choose how they want to play the game.
