Karbov

I was playing last night and just got away from a few zombies chasing me. I had around 6000 blood after regaining some slowly from 5800. I stopped after zombies stopped chasing me, was in the woods, pointed my player in the direction of where I planned to go and logged off. I get on a game a few minutes ago and my guys leg is broken?!? I even lost an injection for that which i swear i had in my backpack. why is this happening?
