Cool man, I try to keep the server day time even when I'm not playing. If you see me on (same username in-game) and you're a fairly new spawn I will give you a ride anywhere to gear up provided I still have my chopper.

If you're on right now I will be taxi'ing fresh spawns around with our chopper. Side-arm/flashlight drawn etc. Let me know if you need a ride.

You should add survival servers to this list as they now have a communty hive ..check the link in my sig for their prices and features.

I had this happen to some people on my server as well. Server is lingor 97239 ..it happened to me once or twice but not recently and not sure what my version is.

If you are connected to the official DayZ hive then there are specific rules you have to follow. If you have a private hive or are connected to a community hive then you can pretty much do whatever you want. If you want to play on a well moderated, high-vehicle Lingor island server that has side-chat enabled check ours out!

Yeah, they all need to be fixed. Chance some will start with fuel as well. We've been testing these settings for about a week and I always had more fun on servers with more vehicles so that's why!

For all the reasons you just mentioned were all of the reasons I chose not to have a whitelist style signup for my server. Some people manage it fine I guess but the pros hardly outweighed the cons.

So in your MPMissions folder you only have one of these .pbo files?

I find that information but it doesn't help all that much. It tells you to edit the mission file but I have over 500 missions files (dayz_498.chernarus.pbo for example) that contain exactly the same code, with the same 'disableChannels' line. Do I have to edit every single PBO file or is there a specific one? Is it the same for Lingor?

When you say purchase a HIVE server, does that mean there will be a separate fee if I want to connect to your private hive? I already pay $30/mo for a whitelisted server, will I have to pay extra if I also want to connect to your HIVE?

No, the admins are not involved in cheating. I'll look into this but I've got all the cheat protection running on that server that you can have. Not much more I can do about it except check logs and try to ban the GUID of the hacker(s). Thanks for the times though, I'll sift through the logs. Also, this server will be permanently changing to a Lingor Island server and will be apart of the SurvivalServers.com Private HIVE.

Since tents are saving now, couldn't you just take everything out, save the tent, and then get rid of the hacked items you took out? After the restart the tent should start empty.

Calm down man. I read the post and it seemed like they were just trying to re-coup their losses after the hacker wiped their gear. You sound really butthurt about nothing. I would have done the same thing in their situation.

Way to immerse yourself into the game and become your character :) My number one priority when playing a game is to make sure *I* have fun. I don't give a shit about anyone else's experience. Hello, I'm wondering how I could go about having a DEV take a look at our InstanceID or if there are any issues that may cause what is happening to us. We have a pretty new server, not even a week old. Battleye works, admin commands work great and there really are no issues except for the fact that EVERY TIME we restart the server (hard reset, battleye reset, doesn't matter) our vehicles reset back to the spawn. I can't confirm if tents are disappearing but it may be happening as well. It's my understanding that vehicle resets cannot be done by modifying files (I didn't even touch the config files anyways) and that it's controlled by the backend/HIVE. How do I go about troubleshooting this? Does my host need to contact its source at DayZ? EDIT: This happened on 1.7.2.5 BETA 9061 and the most recent 1.7.2.6 BETA 96584. Multiple server restarts do not bring the vehicles back. The inventory in the vehicle is reset and the vehicle is in it's original, broken state.

You really should have read my whole post before posting. You're response was not helpful at all. -It has nothing to do with the vehicle inventory bug -The vehicles are resetting every restart, no matter what. This is not the case with every server -It has nothing to do with versions as I mentioned in the post that I've tried multiples -The HIVE files have been installed properly as it's simply a package that my host has provided, and no other servers are experiencing this issue
