I guess I shouldn't expected help from a community mature as /v/

That still doesn't answer my orignal concern.

First off I would like to ask if there is any high perfomance packs/files I can download to make DayZ run smoother on my system. Second if these exist are they "legal," I don't exactly know the stipulation of the legitmacy to whether or not to use such files are accepted. I can understand low foliage addons can make the game "easier" or "unfair" but this is not my intention. Also are there any configs or things I can do to my game/PC that will help perfomance wise. Thank you, RB

I got not beef with you, and I agree with what has been going on and I don't agree with some of the newer players responses with their new server. What I don't understand is if you have no beef with us why the frack do you guys continue to fuck with us. -

I've noticed plenty of you guys DCing the as soon as shots get fired at players. Some of these include Hot Fuzz, open ALICE pack, and Izmak. I watch lobbies during fire fights. -
It is one thing to kill players to loot them for gear or they threaten you. It is another thing when all you do is grief players by just killing them with no intention of looting or just camping on the coast just to take out newly spawning players that are completely defenseless. Or even just to kill players only.

I love the idea, but I think bandits should be nerfed a bit more. Perhaps killing X amount of players you need get the shakes and breathe heavy. Say after 5-7 people. Take painkillers and it goes away, kill X - 1 players again and you need to take painkillers.

Dan you made me hungry for Taco Bell, thanks a lot. Now I gotta put pants on. -
I think if you log into a different server right after logging out of another one you should be spawned randomly within a 2 kilometer diameter around were you last were.

The ONLY Realistic Way to Prevent Deathmatching: Make DayZ a Living Hell
ARBY replied to Time Glitch's topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
This just makes bandit clans more powerful. Killing another player should negatively affect you in a big way. Killing someone should be a last ditch effort. -
I am gonna say no OP, as the second poster said I too only really play cause I have tent. No it isn't filled with great equipment but I like having a stash of tools and food/water if need be. If you remove tents remove vehicles while you are at it.

I want some way of logging in to a fixed name that can not be changed later on. The ability to add a clan tag should be added only on to players through the Squad.xml when they join their server. This prevents players from changing their names to hide from others as well as removing copy cats that have committed ID theft. And tags are still available only if you should have them this way.

I've been running with these guys for almost 2 weeks, they are great players to be with and anyone of them are not shy to run 9 clicks across the Zed infested world to save you. -
This kind of stunts just make me think more that a SP experience would be more fuller and richer.

How about some bayonet weapons, it has a risk/reward system to it. Like you can find a hunting knife or combat knives why not a bayonet. It can be a tool equipped to a weapon, but once on cannot be removed. Possible weapons: Mosin Nagant- This Russian bolt action rifle would be very common in these areas. Remington 870- There are already some in the game, and the ones that militaries use have a extension tube with a bayonet lug. Lee Enfield- Had bayonets, and these seem to be plentiful in our dangerous little world.
